John Krasinski & Emily Blunt filming ‘A Quiet Place’ in Upstate NY this week

According to local sources, John Krasinski and Emily Blunt will be in Little Falls, NY this weekend to film scenes for their upcoming movie, A Quiet Place.

The horror film is said to be in the vein of The Purge and Ouija and is set on a farm where a family is being terrorized by a ghostly figure. Krasinski is directing and co-starring in the movie alongside his wife, Blunt, and Noah Jupe. The film is being produced by Michael Bay is expected to hit theaters on April 8, 2018.

A Quiet Place is scheduled to film on Main St in Little Falls from Oct. 26 – Oct. 30. Other possible Little Falls location include Albany Street and Route 167.

This will be one of the final shoots for the film which began production in New Paltz, NY in early September. Scenes have also been filmed in Dover, NY, and other Upstate NY locations.
