This week production on Marvel’s Ant-Man is finally underway after a delay in production.
The shoot is starting in San Francisco where signage for the movie’s working title “Bigfoot” has been spotted around the Stanford Court Hotel, 905 California St.
Notices were also distributed around Jones, Ellis and O’Farrell Sts in San Fran advising filming of Marvel’s Pym Particles Productions, LLC (aka Ant-Man) will be taking place from 7:00 AM until 10:00 PM on Tuesday, August 19.
The San Francisco shoot is expected to last only a couple of weeks at which point production will move to the new Pinewood Atlanta Studio in Fayette, GA.
The Georgia casting company New Life Casting is already looking for extras for the movie. Here are their latest casting calls:

Ant-Man will kicks off Phase 3 of Marvel’s cinematic universe and will introduce Paul Rudd as a man who can changes sizes and communicate with insects when wearing a suit created by his mentor Dr. Hank Pym (Michael Douglas).
