Up in the Air

As The Company Men continues filming in Boston, our friends at Loaded Gun Boston have posted this video of Ben Affleck on set last week. The movie is scheduled to be in Beantown through the end of the month.

Chicago’s Elk Grove High School and Hersey High School will both be used as sets for the remake of A Nightmare on Elm Street. Filming started this week with Jackie Earle Haley playing Freddy.

George Clooney sure is getting around with his latest movie Up In The Air. Clooney, who has spent time filming in Michigan and St. Louis, is now in Miami shooting the flick which is due in theaters next year. George was spotted out on the town with some very lucky ladies a few nights ago.

Detroit will begin offering a movie location tour next month.

Deal or No Deal is moving their entire production from Los Angeles to Connecticut.

Finally, it looks like Nic Cage had a little trouble on the set of The Sorcerer’s Apprentice over the weekend. More importantly, how did we miss this location?

Paps caught Jennifer Love Hewitt on the set of Ghost Whisperer in L.A.

Ugly Betty was filming in Chelsea on Wednesday.

90210 was filming in L.A. on Tuesday.

Chloe, starring Julianne Moore and Liam Neeson, has been filming in Toronto.

Hilary Swank was in downtown Detroit this week filming Betty Anne Waters, at the Detroit Police Headquarters and the University of Michigan.

George Clooney was making the ladies swoon this week while filming scenes for Up in the Air in downtown St. Louis and Detroit Metro.

Sandra Bullock was in Memphis last month researching a role for her upcoming movie, The Blind Side, in which she’ll play Leigh Anne Tuohy.

Tony Shaloub(better known as everyone’s favorite neurotic detective Monk) was filming scenes for his next movie, Feed the Fish, in Sister Bay Village Hall, Door County, Wisconsin this week. Wreaths and banners were hung around the building for the movie about a burned out children’s book author who comes home at Christmastime and reconnects with his old friends.
