Here is the first set of pictures from Taking Woodstock which is filming at a deserted motel on Route 20 in the town of New Lebanon, NY. The motel looks pretty dilapidated and I have a feeling they didn’t have to do much work to it to capture that run down look! The motel is set back off of the road and is surrounded mostly by corn fields. We did some exploring and it looks like they plowed part of the field adjacent to the motel to use as parking for trailers and trucks.
For part of the afternoon they were shooting the motel from the road meaning Ang Lee was standing on the side of a busy truck route for the better part of the afternoon. We are not sure what actors were there at the time since they were in front of the motel quite a distance from where we were on the road.
Though it is harder to get close to the set there is something exciting about running into a huge production in the middle of nowhere as opposed to seeing a production in NYC where it is pretty commonplace. The only well known celeb we saw was Zoe Kazan and we actually spotted her going into a small diner down the street from the set as we were leaving! We will have more tomorrow about New Lebanon and about the set but in the mean time here your first look at Taking Woodstock!

Taking Woodstock continues filming on Rt 20 in New Lebanon, NY.
Entourage is filming in the vicinity of 58th Ave (between 66th and Brown Pl) in Maspeth, Queens. We got another tip from someone else that “holding/base camp” is at 66-35 58th Ave which is near 66th, looks like this is near Mt. Olivet Cemetery, not sure if they are filming in the cemetery or not. We also found out that tomorrow they are filming at 56th St between 6th and 7th avenues in Manhattan which may be a more convenient location for some of you. (Thanks to Dana for Wednesday’s tip!) UPDATE: FIB has pics from the Entourage set yesterday.
Life on Mars is filming in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Our tipster thinks signs were around South 5th St and Keap. (Thanks for the tip!)
City Island is filming near w 42nd and 10th Ave in Manhattan.
Last of the Ninth is filming at 1400 Williamsbridge Rd in the Bronx.
We got our first set of Gossip Girl pictures up tonight and will get another set up tomorrow as well as pics from Taking Woodstock and Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.

Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia is filming at 116 E. 5th St in the morning and at S. Los Angeles & Winston St in Los Angeles in the afternoon.

SVU is filming near E 119th and First Ave in Manhattan.
Entourage is filming in Queens (58-45 41st Drive in Woodside). They will be shooting around NYC for the entire week (and I already have tipsters working on each location)! Here’s a tip: If you go to the set, watch out for The Pivs! He was one of my all time favorite celebs until I met him in Hawaii in 2006 and he was totally mean! I don’t know who he thinks he is, before Entourage he was nothing more than the poor man’s John Cusack, yeah, that’s right Pivs, I said it! On the other hand we also saw Adrian Grenier at Sundance this year and he seemed really sweet!
