Dear John is filming at the College of Charleston.

Prison Break is filming at 919 S. Grand Ave in L.A.

Most shows/movies are off for Columbus Day so this is it for today. Check back later though when we will have Tuesday’s locations posted- we should have a lot since everything will back in full swing!

Update: Looks like Edge of Darkness is still filming in Lincoln, MA. “Last night they were shooting at intersection of Rt 2A and Hanscom Drive. Lots of fake cops, ambulances, etc. They were running traffic patterns at around 9:30pm last night (cars driving the street in loops). The floodlights had the entire are (very rural area) very lit up.” Thanks to Rich for the update and details!

Privileged is filming at is filming at 617 S. Olive St in Los Angeles. Maybe Perez is there.

Life is filming in/around Malibu State Park.

Taking Woodstock is filming in Stephentown, NY again.

The Keeper is filming in Santa Fe, NM.

Edge of Darkness is filming in Northampton, MA.

Royal Pains is still in Huntington, NY (same location).

Lipstick Jungle is filming on North Midland Ave in Nyack, NY.

Gossip Girl is filming near Rivington and Ludlow in Manhattan. (Thanks Tiffani)

Fringe is filming on Roosevelt Island again (Coler-Goldwater).

Law and Order is filming around Inwood Hill Park in NYC (near Cumming and Seaman).

Law and Order: CI is filming near Columbus Circle and around 6th and 77th in NYC.

Life on Mars is filming near Berry St and S 2nd in Brooklyn.

Some notes: I am so sorry to get these up so late, the site was down this morning, this has been the worst morning ever! Also, I have 3 GG pics to post but I am going to wait to see if any more come in from today so if you get pics today please send them in ASAP. Finally, I am looking for info about movies filming in Michigan and location info for The City, thanks!

9.19.08 Filming Locations

Sarah Connor Chronicles is filming at 532 S Olive St and 617 S Olive St in Los Angeles.

The Office is filming at 930 Wilshire Blvd in Los Angeles.

They are filming an Obama ad in the open land under 6th St. bridge, Santa Fe Ave east to LA River in Los Angeles.

Taking Woodstock is back on Route 20 in New Lebanon, NY.

Criminal Intent is filming at 473 West End Ave in NYC.

Suburban Shootout is filming in East Hampton, NY.

Unorthadox is filming on  Broadway between 30- 31st in Astoria Queens, signs say 6am-10pm, also signs on 33rd. (Thanks Laura!)

Flight of the Conchords is filming on S. 6th St in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

On Sunday, 9/21, Bone Deep is filming at 550 S. Hope St, 630 W. 5th St, 535 S. Grand Ave, & 406 S. Olive St in Los Angeles. (They will be at the S. Olive St location tomorrow as well)

Taking Woodstock Updates from Stephentown, NY

Today we got this report from Chuck:

“Well it’s been 1 1/2 months since the open call for background extras for Taking Woodstock and I still haven’t gotten a phone call. So I packed up my camera and headed to Stephentown, NY to do a little bit of investigating. I arrived at about 5:30pm Saturday evening, I know that Sunday night into Monday the filming will take place around Route 43 by Tinsley Rd, thanks to a tip from OLV! Here are some pictures I took. The base camp sign is in front of a home that’s for sale. There is a VW van in the back. I believe that it is the same van used in the “3-way” LSD trip scene in the movie–oh yeah, I don’t have a script just a copy of the book I’ve read cover to cover 3 times!! Then a nice woman who was “guarding” the vehicles to be used in the scenes to be filmed there let me take pictures of them. Next along the side of route 43 was a TeePee and some tents and signs that read “Lemonade 35 cents” and “Watermelon 25 cents” There is also a van with a makeshift platform on top of it, probably to hold a camera man and camera equipment. I hope the weather holds out. The extras have a parking space through a mud covered road and the ground is pretty soggy, hopefully no one will get stuck.
That was my adventure for the day, hopefully I’ll hear from casting and spend my day on the set as a townsperson!!!”

We just happened to check out the set ourselves today too but couldn’t get anywhere near it! They had a mile of the road closed with police cars parked on either end. They wouldn’t give us any infomation about what they were filming or how long they would be filming. We pulled into the base camp and was promptly greeted by a woman wanting to know what we were doing. We even tried to drive up a private stone road to see if we could get a view from the back of the set but had no luck! Needless to say, Ang has that set on lockdown! Here is a picture we took of the base camp and the road closed sign, that’s as close as we got!

Good luck to Chuck on getting a call back! (Now that I think of it, they never called me back either!)

NCIS is filming at 300 S Spring St in Los Angeles.

The Office is filming at 734 E 3rd St in Los Angeles (East Third Steakhouse and Lounge).

Prison Break is filming on 445 Ferry St in Los Angeles.

Edge of Darkness is filming in Boston.

Fringe is filming a funeral scene near E 8th and Caton Ave in Brooklyn. (We also got a tip they will be filming on Coney Island on the boardwalk.)

An Englishman in New York is filming near Bedford Avenue, Brooklyn. (Thanks Lola!)

The Women will premiere in L.A. on 9/4 at 6 PM at Man Village Theatre 961 Broxton Ave, Los Angeles.

UPDATE (9/2): Flight Of The Conchords is filming down Vanderbilt Ave. The signs start at Mrytle and Vanderbilt. (Thanks to Danni O!) If anyone has any more tips or pics for FOTC please send them in! FOTC is my favorite, who needs Joshua Jackson when I can bag Jermaine! And for any other FOTC fans, this season will be your last chance to see them film, it was just announced Season 2 is the last season! Thanks again to Danni O.!

8.29.08 Filming Locations

Whip It! is filming in downtown Ypsilanti, MI.

Numbers is filming at 953 E. 3rd St and 948 E. 2nd St in Los Angeles.

Ugly Betty is filming on West 24th Street between 9th and 10th Avenue. (rumored, thanks George!) Important Note: I can not confirm this location and also heard that this is incorrect and they are in studio today. If anyone is in the vicinity of this location and can check it out, please leave a comment to let everyone know if you see anything, thanks!

Fringe is filming in the Bronx on Bedford Park Blvd from Jerome Avenue to Goulden Ave. They are also filming all along Goulden Ave. (Thanks to Jen!)

Last of the Ninth is filming at the Coler-Goldwater Hospital on Roosevelt Island.

Taking Woodstock is filming on Route 20 in New Lebanon, NY tonight.

Gossip Girl is not shooting today or Monday due to the holiday. And unfortunately we did confirm Entourage is done filming Season 5.

UPDATE: Lipstick Jungle is filming at 132 Greenpoint Ave in Brooklyn tonight (after 7 PM).

8.27.08 Filming Locations

Taking Woodstock is still filming on Route 20, New Lebanon, today they are filming the helicopter scene.

Entourage is filming at 3 locations today: 56th St between 6th and 7th Avenues in Manhattan, Greenwich and Hubert Sts in the Financial District, and at/near the Ravel Hotel in Queens (this is an afternoon shoot, after 3 PM, sorry, we don’t have times for the Manhattan locations). Ugly Betty is filming at Bryant High School (Thanks Sara!).

Last of the Ninth is filming at 1400 Williamsbridge Rd in the Bronx (same as yesterday).

Life on Mars is filming in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, around South 5th St and Keap (same as yesterday).

Lipstick Jungle is filming in Brooklyn, in the vicinity of Greenpoint Ave and Manhattan Ave.

Our First Set of Pictures from Taking Woodstock

Here is the first set of pictures from Taking Woodstock which is filming at a deserted motel on Route 20 in the town of New Lebanon, NY. The motel looks pretty dilapidated and I have a feeling they didn’t have to do much work to it to capture that run down look! The motel is set back off of the road and is surrounded mostly by corn fields. We did some exploring and it looks like they plowed part of the field adjacent to the motel to use as parking for trailers and trucks.

For part of the afternoon they were shooting the motel from the road meaning Ang Lee was standing on the side of a busy truck route for the better part of the afternoon. We are not sure what actors were there at the time since they were in front of the motel quite a distance from where we were on the road.

Though it is harder to get close to the set there is something exciting about running into a huge production in the middle of nowhere as opposed to seeing a production in NYC where it is pretty commonplace. The only well known celeb we saw was Zoe Kazan and we actually spotted her going into a small diner down the street from the set as we were leaving! We will have more tomorrow about New Lebanon and about the set but in the mean time here your first look at Taking Woodstock!

8.26.08 Filming Locations

NCIS is filming at 1317 Willow St in Los Angeles.

Whip It! is still filming in Birch Run, MI.

Taking Woodstock continues filming on Rt 20 in New Lebanon, NY.

Entourage is filming in the vicinity of 58th Ave (between 66th and Brown Pl) in Maspeth, Queens. We got another tip from someone else that “holding/base camp” is at 66-35 58th Ave which is near 66th, looks like this is near Mt. Olivet Cemetery, not sure if they are filming in the cemetery or not. We also found out that tomorrow they are filming at 56th St between 6th and 7th avenues in Manhattan which may be a more convenient location for some of you. (Thanks to Dana for Wednesday’s tip!) UPDATE: FIB has pics from the Entourage set yesterday.

City Island is filming near w 42nd and 10th Ave in Manhattan.

We got our first set of Gossip Girl pictures up tonight and will get another set up tomorrow as well as pics from Taking Woodstock and Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.

08.25.08 Filming Locations

UPDATE: We have pics from GG today, we have Entourage’s location for tomorrow (in Manhattan), we also got some great shots at Taking Woodstock today & we were at Extreme Makeover: Home Edition over the weekend too and have pics from that, we’re working on getting everything up this evening so stay tuned!!

Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia is filming at 116 E. 5th St in the morning and at S. Los Angeles & Winston St in Los Angeles in the afternoon.

Entourage is filming in Queens (58-45 41st Drive in Woodside). They will be shooting around NYC for the entire week (and I already have tipsters working on each location)! Here’s a tip: If you go to the set, watch out for The Pivs! He was one of my all time favorite celebs until I met him in Hawaii in 2006 and he was totally mean! I don’t know who he thinks he is, before Entourage he was nothing more than the poor man’s John Cusack, yeah, that’s right Pivs, I said it! On the other hand we also saw Adrian Grenier at Sundance this year and he seemed really sweet!
