As we reported, One Tree Hill filmed on the Causeway Drive bridge over Banks Channel in Wrightsville Beach, NC yesterday. In front of a crowd of rescue divers, on-lookers, and DOT employees who had gathered, two of the show’s newest cast members, Robert Buckley and Amanda Schull held hands and pretended to jump yelling, “We’ll be there in a minute.” Another man jumped first, several times, into the Banks Channel. According to the State News Online, “At 9:25 a.m., the actual actors jumped feet-first into the water below, still holding hands. Another long-time cast member, James Lafferty, directed the scene, which wrapped just in time. About three minutes after the jump, a heavy rain shower drenched the area.”
