As the weather is warming up in Chicago, so is the filming scene.
According to The New York Daily News, real-life couple Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis have signed on to co-star in Relanxious.
In the comedy, Wilde will play a woman plagued by anxieties who falls in love with an agoraphobic man (Sudeikis). Fred Armisen and Brie Larson will round out the cast. Relanxious will begin filming in Chicago this summer.
But, locals don’t have to wait ’til summer to see stars in the Windy City.

In addition to the Dick Wolf pilot expected to shoot in Chicago next month, a medical drama for Fox will also be filmed in the Windy City this spring.
The pilot, which will be directed by Michael Dinner, will focus on a female doctor working for the mob in Chicago. Sony Pictures TV is producing for the Fox Network.
The pilot will headquarter at Chicago Studio City.
Though Fox chose to shoot their Chicago-based pilot in Chicago, ABC did not.

A new pilot called Chicago Fire from Dick Wolf, who created Law and Order, is scheduled to shoot in Chicago between March 14 through April 1, according to the Chicago Film Office.
The show will join Boss, which will be shooting in the city from March 19 to July 11, and MTV’s Underemployed, which will be filmed from April 19 to July 15, as the third TV production filming in Chicago this spring.

Superman Filmng in Chicago
The upcoming NBC drama, The Playboy Club, will be holding an open casting call for paid extras this Saturday, 8.20, from 11am to 3pm, at the Academy of the Arts, in Chicago.
Casting directors are looking for men and women of all races between 18 and 80 years old. You are asked to dress in early 1960’s attire (dark suits for men, dresses for women), and to bring a pen.
