Filming Locations for October 9th-11th, 2009

WEEKEND LOCATIONS:

The project once known as Wichita, starring Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz, is filming on Rutherford Avenue in Charlestown, MA on Saturday 10.10 from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m & Sunday, 10.11 from 6 a.m to 1 p.m. Upd: Wichita is also filming Woburn sometime this weekend.

Wall Street 2 (with Shia Lebeouf) is filming at Fordham University (Southern Blvd and Fordham Rd, Bronx, NY) on 10.10 and 10.11. Definitely filming at Fordham on Sunday too. (Thanks to Anon, Bulbarosa & Alice!) Upd: Signs also spotted at53rd street between 2nd and 3rd Ave for Sunday. (Thanks Larry!)

Signs for The Other Guys (Mark Wahlberg and Will Ferrell) posted at Wall St and Water St & Water Street and Hanover Square, NYC for Saturday  10.10 and Sunday 10.11. (Thanks!) FYI: I got an update that this location may be for Sunday only. If anyone check it out and can confirm, please leave a note below, thanks! Upd: They are filming at 135 Jacques Ave, Staten Island, NY tonight (after 6) too. (Thanks Det. Movie Buff and Anon!)

The Adjustment Bureau (Matt Damon and Emily Blunt)  is filming at Worth and Centre St on Saturday 10.10. Signs were also spotted on Leonard St between Broadway and Church. (Thanks Sarah Beth!)

The Adjustment Bureau is filming at the New York Public Library (5th and 41st) on Sunday 10.11 and Monday 10.12.

Jared Leto’s band, 30 Seconds to Mars, is filming a video Under 6th Bridge, Santa Fe Ave – LA River, on Upper Grand Ave, 2nd St. – Hope Pl & Lower Grand Ave, GTK Way – 4th St, Los Angeles on 10.11, 5:30 P.M. – 6:30 A.M.

Something called The Ride is filming at Upper Grand Ave, 2nd St. – Hope Pl, Lower Grand Ave, GTK Way – 4th St. & 2nd St., Figueroa St. – Hill St, Los Angeles on 10.11, night shoot.

Update: We got a tip that SATC2 is filming around Broadway and 64th tonight (Sunday)…but I also heard tomorrow they are filming at 63rd and Broadway for sure so I’m not sure if the signs was to move cars today & film tomorrow. (Thanks Meagan!)

Southland is filming at the Hollywood Bowl again. (Last day, maybe?)

Cougar Town may be filming at the Ontario Airport. (see comment below)

Dexter is filming at Foothill Blvd & Osborne St, Lake View Terraces, CA. Most likely filming in Hansen Dam Park.

BOSTON:

The Town, starring Ben Affleck, is filming on Foster Street, Boston, 6 a.m.- 8 p.m.

NEW YORK CITY:

Wall Street 2 signs spotted around W 25th and 8th, NYC. Signs also spotted near 2nd Ave and 50th. (Thanks Terry and Anon!)

The Other Guys signs spotted at  Broome St & Lafayette and on Crosby St and Spring St in SoHo ( 7 a.m.- 10 p.m./12 Mid). (Thanks Amanda Demetrise & lili!) Signs also spotted near Columbus Circle. (Thanks Anon!) UPDATE: We had a report that it is actually Wall St 2 filming at Columbus Circle today. If anyone can confirm which project is there, please leave a comment below, thanks!

How To Make It In America is filming around Greenpoint Ave and N. Henry in Brooklyn.

Nurse Jackie spotted at 8th Ave and 22nd St, NYC yesterday, may be back today. **I also heard they would be filming at the bar this afternoon which I believe is Kelly’s Bar, 31-04 Crescent St in Astoria.

Damages is filming around 88th and CPW again today.

Law and Order is filming around 24th St and 10th Ave, NYC.

The Beaver is filming in Harrison, NY, near the police department on on North St again today.

Also, something is being filmed on 15th Street between Irving and Union Square. (Thanks Suzanne)

VANCOUVER:

Supernatural is filming in Stanley Park but security is very tight.

Fringe is filming in 200 block of West Hastings St. (Thanks @fringewatch! via@monnibo) Update: They will be filming at the corner of W.Hastings & Cambie, at Victory Square starting around noon until around 6 pm. (Thanks J.D.!)

NEW YORK CITY

The Other Guys, starring Mark Wahlberg and Will Ferrell, is filming in the Utopia and Hillcrest neighborhoods of Queens, near St. John’s University, around 170th St and Goethals Ave. (This location is for sure, Thanks Ben!) They are also filming at (around?) Chelsea Piers.  (Thanks Anon!) Signs also spotted for The Other Guys on Jacques Avenue Staten Island. (Thanks Sadie!) UPDATE: They were spotted at the driving range at Chelsea Piers this morning. (Thanks Renny!)

The Adjustment Bureau, starring Matt Damon and Emily Blunt, is filming at 85 Centre St at Worth St, NYC, night shoot. (Thanks again to Anon!!)

Wall Street 2 is filming at Wall St around Pine, NYC. (Thanks Katie and J!)

There is a helicopter scene filming at 12th Ave and 23rd St today, 7 am -7 pm, anyone know what it’s for? (Thanks Tate!) Update: Looks like this might be a scene for Law & Order!

CSI: Miami is filming at PCH & Loynes Dr Long Beach, CA, base camp set up in the parking lot of the Gaslamp. (Thanks E!)

Criminal Minds was filming in West Hills, CA, on Shoup Street, between Victory and Vanowen, they might be back at this location today too. (Thanks Heather R!)

The Town, starring Ben Affleck, is filming at Margaret and Sheafe Streets from 6 a.m.-8 p.m. and at Foster Street, Boston from 6 a.m. – 8 p.m.

NEW YORK CITY:

Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps, starring Shia Lebeouf, is filming around 65th and 5th, NYC. It looks like they may be filming in Central Park again. (Thanks Jill!) Signs up for today on 50th St. between Lexington & 2nd Ave too! (Thanks Tibi!)

Yelling to the Sky, starring Zoë Kravitz and Ugly Betty’s Ana Ortiz, is filming around Steinway St and Northern Boulevard in Long Island City, Queens, 6am to 8pm. (Thanks Danielle!)

The Other Guys, starring Mark Wahlberg and Will Ferrell,  is filming at 25th St and 5th Ave, near Greenwood Cemetery in Brooklyn. (Thanks JD!)

The Adjustment Bureau, starring Emily Blunt and Matt Damon, is filming at the Brooklyn Navy Yard (studio). (This is an overnight shoot, thanks Sandra!)

Ben Affleck’s The Town is filming at New Spin Laundry, 100 Salem Street from 6 a.m.-8 p.m., (UPDATE: the Spin City shoot may be postponed due to weather) at Snowhill, N. Hudson and Charter Streets from 6 a.m.-8 p.m. and at Prince Street in front of Polcari Park, Boston from 7 a.m.-8 p.m.

VANCOUVER:

Sex and the City 2 is filming in Southampton today.

The Other Guys is filming around Henry St and Rutgers St, NYC. Update: Signs were spotted around the ICA building on the corner of 18th Street and the West Side Highway too. (Thanks Charlie!)

The Adjustment Bureau is filming at St Vincent Medical Center on W 12th St between 6th and 7th in Manhattan. On Monday they are filming at the Top of the Rock, Rockefeller Plaza. (Thanks to Anon, Faye!)

Nurse Jackie is filming at Baruch College. (Thanks Ashley!) Signs also spotted on 25th and 3rd.

Wall Street 2 is filming around 5th Ave and W 56th, NYC. On Saturday 9.26, they are filming around Citigroup Center at 53rd and Lexington all day. (Thanks Cait & Sarah Lauren!)

Rescue Me is filming  in the vicinity of Gates and Downing, in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn.

Bones is filming at 45 N. San Gabriel Bl, Pasadena, CA.

Brothers and Sisters is filming at 80 Oakland Av S, Pasadena, CA.

The League is filming at 1333 Willow St, Los Angeles, 9.25 – 9.26, 12:00 P.M. – 2:00 A.M.

Wichita, starring Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz, will be filming in Bridgewater, MA today and tomorrow from about 3 p.m. to 5 a.m. They are also doing precision driver training at the Hanscom Airport, Bedford, MA both days. (Thanks Anon!)

The Town is still filming at Fenway Park. (Blake is there today!)

Tonight, Blind Date opens at Cinema Village, 12th Street in New York. Following the 7:00 pm show, actors Stanley Tucci and Patricia Clarkson will hold a Q&A session. They will then introduce the 9:10 pm. Tomorrow night they will be presenting the film again, same schedule and location.

New York Film Festival kicks off tonight at Lincoln Center.

The Green Hornet is filming at 200 N Spring St & 202 W 1st St, Los Angeles on 9.27.

Love and Other Drugs is filming on Bartlett Street (between Murray and Wightman Streets) in Squirrel Hill in Pittsburgh through 9.26.  (Thanks Stef!)

SVU will be filming at W 130th tomorrow between Lenox and 5th, NYC from 6am to 2 am. (Thanks Jessica!) UPDATE: SVU will be at this location tomorrow.

Signs for SVU for today were spotted this morning around Frederick Douglass Blvd & W 127th St, NYC.

The Other Guys is filming on 34th between Park and Lexington, signs also spotted on 33rd between Lex and Madison in NYC. (Thanks Chelsie and Kim!) They also started filming in Albany, NY today but no stars will be there.

Law and Order is filming on Beach St in Manhattan.

Big Love is filming at 430 Madeline Dr, Pasadena, CA

Bones is filming at 740 S. Broadway, Los Angeles on 9.23, 12:00 A.M. – 7:00 A.M.

Diary of a Wimpy Kid is filming at Templeton Secondary School, Vancouver.

Sex and the City 2 is filming around 58th Street between 6th and 7th Ave, signs also spotted on 59th between 5th and Madison in NYC too.They will be at this location tomorrow too. (Thanks NYCAnon, Jen & Dash!)

30 Rock is filming near W 26th and Broadway, NYC. Update: filming this afternoon on 26th between 5th and 6th. (Thanks Danny!)

You Don’t Know Jack, starring Al Pacino, might be filming on Ave U between Nostrand and Coleman in Brooklyn. Filming spotted over the weekend, we’re not sure if they are still there or not. If anyone checks it out, let us know! (Thanks Correy!) Update: Might be filming around Clinton and Pierrepont Streets, Brooklyn today too/instead. (Thanks Carrie!)

The Oprah Winfrey Show is filming their season kick off with the Black Eyed Peas and Jennifer Hudson near the intersection of Michigan Avenue and Ohio Street in Chicago.

Inception, starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Ellen Page, is filming at 617 W. 7th St, Los Angeles.

The Town, starring Ben Affleck and Blake Lively, is filming at Neptune Oyster located at 63 Salem St in the North End (of Boston). (Thanks @LoadedGun!)

Filming Locations for 8.31.09

White Collar is filming around 5th and 72nd, NYC, probably in Central Park.

Law and Order signs on 20th Street between 10th Ave and 11th under the Highline in NYC. (Thanks G!)

Parks and Recreation is filming at 100 N. Garfield Av, Pasadena, CA. They are filming at 1539 E. Howard St and around Washington Bl, Allen Av, Orange Grove, Lake Av in Pasadena on 9.1 as well–this was canceled.

One Tree Hill is filming a scene on the Causeway Drive bridge over Banks Channel in Wrightsville Beach, NC from 6 to 11 a.m. Update: Robert Buckley is in this jump scene, James Lafferty (Nathan) is directing! Update: They wrapped at the scene at the bridge. (Thanks Kayla!)

Its rumored that The Life and Death of Charlie St. Cloud, starring Zac Efron, is filming at the Capilano Cemetery, Vancouver. (Thanks Anon!)

How Do You Know?, starring Reese Witherspoon, is filming on the Drexel University Campus on JFK Blvd around 31st or 32nd st (look for catering tent). (Thanks Anon!) Update: Resse WIthersppon’s character’s office in the movie is located at the University of Pennsylvania in the David Rittenhouse Laboratories. (Thanks HughE!)

30 Rock is filming at Borders on 57th and Park, NYC. They may also be filming at Rock Center, late morning.

Gossip Girl is filming at W 10th St and 5th Ave, NYC. Gossip Girl signs also spotted on 3rd Ave and 9th St, 6a-10p. (Thanks Denise!) GG Updates: Jen is at the Gossip Girl locations (both 10th and 9th) and there are no trailer or crew here yet (as of 2 pm). Also, they have a fake NYU residence hall set up near NYC campus, called Ehrlich Residence Hall, that they are using for exteriors in GG here’s a picture: (Thanks Phoebe!)
