One of our readers, Deana, met the cast of SVU in NYC last week thanks to one of our tips! Here’s a few of her pics and what she had to say about the experience:
I want to give a great bit thanks to Christine and her terrific site, www.onlocationvacations.com. Thanks to the site was able to find out where Law & Order: SVU was filming on Tuesday, 11/3/09 and I was able to meet my favorite cast on television. Chris Meloni (Stabler), Ice-T (Finn), Dan Florek (Capt. Cragen), Mariska Hargarity (Benson) and Peter Herman (Trevor Landgon/Mariska’s husband) were wonderful. They all were ALL very fan friendly, personable, funny, happy and nice. Meeting this cast was like a dream come true. I have been watching SVU since it aired in 1999 and have fallen in love with the cast. I always wanted to meet them and finally on Tuesday, my wish came true. The cast signed autographs and took pictures with not only me but other fans as well. They answered questions, asked questions and joked with fans. The cast is even more beautiful and handsome in person then on television, but after meeting them all I love them even more. Their personalities shine and make them even more beautiful inside and out. Thanks, Christine and www.onloactionvacations.com for helping one of my dreams come true. Hope you all enjoy the pictures.

Two of our readers, Rachel K. and Tova R., caught Nurse Jackie filming outside of Baruch College again on Friday thanks to one of our tips. They were even lucky enough to meet Peter Facinelli (with his bodyguard, Joe) who was kind enough to take pictures with both of them! If you follow Peter on Twitter, you know that besides starring in Nurse Jackie and the Twilight films, he is also a strong supporter of the charity Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation which raises money for childhood cancer research. Hi again OLV peeps, it’s Pandora. For the past several weeks “The A-Team” has been filming in and around Vancouver – most recently Downtown. The film is about a group of Iraq War veterans trying to clear their name with the US military who suspect four men of committing the crime they were framed for.

Lee caught Christopher Meloni and Ice-T (with wife Coco) filming a scene for SVU near the Cathedral Church of Saint John on Amsterdam Ave in NYC last week, thanks to one of our tip of course!

As we’ve reported, Degrassi: The Next Generation is currently filming in and around NYC and last week we received our first pictures from the set!
One of our readers, Gerardine, caught the cast filming in Times Square and here’s what she had to say about the experience: “Thank you olv. Because of this site I was able to see the cast of Degrassi film in the middle of Times Square. They were right in front of the MTV Building. I was able get pics as well as autographs from Annie Clark (Fiona), Landon Liboiron (Declan) and Paula Brancati (Jane). They were super nice and were very eager to meet the fans. Charlotte Arnold (Holly J) was filming a scene with Mr. J from America’s Next Top Model so I wasn’t able to get a pic with her and Stefan Brogen (Mr. Simpson) was directing the shoot. Enjoy the pics and again thanks.”
