More signs for London Calling, aka The Amazing Spider-Man 2, were spotted on W 52nd St between 10th and 11th Ave in NYC for Monday, 2/25 from 7:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. Signs also spotted around 10th and 49th.
Last week signs were spotted on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, but it turned out to only be a quick second unit shoot with none of the main cast.
We’re slightly more optimistic about Monday’s shoot after seeing this latest casting call looking for pedestrians on Monday or Tuesday:
Background / Male or Female / All Ethnicities /18 – 60
Grant wilfley Casting is seeking: SAG-AFTRA men & women, ages 18-60, any ethnicity, to portray Pedestrians. This is an EXTERIOR, DAY SHOOT & we are portraying SPRING/ SUMMER season. This means no coats, scarves or gloves allowed. Only light weight jackets. This will require a wardrobe fitting on Friday Feb 22nd (tomorrow) & the shoot is scheduled for Monday Feb 25th or 2Tuesday Feb 26th. Do NOT submit if you have been called or fit for a specific scene already!
Here’s a look at the No Parking Sign:
UPDATE: We heard there are also London Calling signs around W 49th St and 10th/11th Ave in NYC for Sunday 2/24 (probably the “move car by” date) thru Thursday, 2/28 . (Thanks Martha!) I think these are actually the same signs for Monday (same area), anyone around who can verify?
UPDATE: Confirmed signs at 49th and 10th Ave in NYC are the same as the sign posted above on 52nd St.
