In Photos: Michael J. Fox and Wendell Pierce film scenes for ‘The Michael J. Fox Project’ in NYC

On Saturday, Michael J. Fox and Wendell Pierce (Treme) filmed scenes in frigid temperatures outside Rockefeller Center in NYC for Michael’s new NBC series, The Michael J. Fox Project.

The show is loosely based on Fox’s real life with him playing Mike Burnaby, a husband and father of three in New York City dealing with family, career, and challenges, like Parkinson’s Disease. Breaking Bad’s Betsy Brandt has signed on to play his wife and Katie Finneran will play his sister in the series.

The Michael J. Fox Project is set to return to the same location tomorrow (2/5). If you spot the show, or any show, filming in NYC, let us know about it at! To learn how you can find TV shows filming in NYC, pick up a copy of our NYC Field Guide!
