Wednesday’s Lot List: Filming Locations in New York, Michigan, & more including ‘Gossip Girl’ & ‘This Must Be The Place’

Here’s a list of movies and TV shows filming around the country on  September 8, 2010:

Filming in Albuquerque, NM:

•Fright Night, starring Colin Farrell,  is filming around at Albuquerque Studios.

Filming in Chicago:

•Ride-Along, the new Fox series,  is filming at/near Burnham Harbor (behind Soldier Field).

Filming in Los Angeles:

•CSI: New York is filming at 214 W 7th St, 7:00 A.M. – 12:00 A.M.

•Dexter is filming around Golden Shore St and E Shoreline Dr in Long Beach, CA.

•Horrible Bosses, starring Jennifer Aniston, Kevin Spacey and more, is filming around W Del Amo Blvd and Hamilton Ave in Torrence. (Look for HB signs)

•House is filming at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel.  (Thanks @mj1985)

•The League is filming at 639 S Spring St, 6:00 A.M. – 10:00 P.M.

•The Mentalist is filming at at Santa Anita Racetrack. (via @goforlocation)

•Sons of Anarchy is filming at 2700 Broadway, Lincoln Heights. (via @goforlocation)

Filming in Michigan:

•Real Steel, starring Hugh Jackman, is filming at the COBO Center in Detroit. (Thanks Ken) FYI: They have been setting up to film at the the Grosse Ile Municipal Airport too.

•The Reasonable Bunch, starring Kate Bosworth,  is filming at The Rochester Chop House in Rochester, MI through the end of the week. After that, they are expected to move to a private residence in Oakland Township for the next month. Signs say ‘Elliot’.  (Thanks celebsinthed, @AbigailMSU, and Nicole)

•Scream 4 is filming evenings on Clement between 7 Mile Rd and Main St in Northville, MI for approximately the next three weeks. (Thanks DG) Base camp is set up across from the Northville post office.

•This Must Be The Place, starring Sean Penn, is filming in Bad Axe, MI through 9.15. Here is a list of street closures for today:

-North Street between E. Huron and E. Woodworth

-Verona Road between Atwater Road and Leppek Road (8 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.)

-E. Huron between the railroad tracks and Nugent Road; Hubbard Street between E. Huron and E. Woodworth (7 a.m. to 8 p.m.)

•Transformers 3 has started filming at the old Packard Plant on East Grand Blvd in Detroit. Detroit Funk has new set pictures, including set signs, etc. If you catch them filming at the plant, let us know about it at olv@onlocationvacations.com!

Filming in New York City:

•Arthur, starring Russell Brand,  is filming around Pearl/Broadway at Wall St in NYC. Signs also spotted on 31st St near 30th Ave in Astoria, Queens . (Thanks @TibiTaylor, @aliceinNYC, Anon & @emilyigarland)

•The Good Wife is filming on 47th between 6th & 7th.  (Thanks @lindseykwojcik)

•Gossip Girl is filming around Madison Ave and E 71st St.

•Premium Rush, starring Joseph Gordon- Levitt,  is filming around Columbus Ave and W 87th/88th St. (Thanks Det. Movie Buff & @SarakTVG)  They are also expected to film at 35th Street & 10th Avenue through 9.14. (Thanks @Carolina2676)

•Royal Pains will be filming in Long Island again. Base camp is expected to be set up in Milburn Creek Park, Freeport, NY. (Thanks Mike)

•White Collar is filming around Central Park West and 81st Street and Central Park W and 64th-67th St.  (Thanks Joe xl and Tara)

•The Onion Sports Network is filming at Sands Atlantic Beach and on Bayside Dr in Atlantic Beach, NY.

•SVU is in studio (Chelsea Piers)

•Blue Bloods is in studio (Broadway stages, Brooklyn)

Filming in Pittsburgh, PA:

•Abduction, starring Taylor Lautner, is filming at/around 101 Bridge St, Brownsville, PA through September 12. Base camp is set up behind Sunset Discount.  (Thanks NikiMarieR) They most likely won’t be filming on the weekend. Filming in Shreveport, LA:

•Trespass, a new film starring Nicolas Cage and Nicole Kidman, is still filming around Caddo St and Edwards St in Shreveport.

Filming in Texas:

•The Good Guys is filming at South Side Stages, 2901 S. Lamar, Dallas, TX.

•My Generation, a new ABC series, is filming around S Congress Ave and Elizabeth St in Austin, TX.
