NYC & Vicinity:
Louie, starring Louis C.K., is filming on Delaware Avenue in Staten Island. (Thanks Jennifer!)
Gossip Girl signs spotted all around Clermont Ave between 120th and 122nd St, 120th between Broadway and Riverside Dr, Riverside Dr between 120th and 122nd, and Broadway between 120th and 122nd, NYC. (Thanks Anon and Lee!)
Law and Order: CI signs spotted on Rivington and Essex in the East Village. Signs are also posted in front of the Steve Madden store at 100 Rivington St. (Thanks Thanks Katie and KW!)
Ugly Betty signs posted on E. 30th Street between 5th and Madison and between Madison and Park. (Thanks Diana!)
Law and Order is filming on 77th St. between Columbus and CPW by the Museum of Natural History, NYC. (Thanks Annie!)
Law and Order: SVU is filming around Audubon Ave & W 190th St, NYC. (Thanks Kath!)
Boardwalk Empire is filming at E 63rd and 5th Ave, NYC.
Rescue Me is filming around Pacific and Hoyt in Brooklyn. (Thanks Melissa!)
Black Swan, starring Natalie Portman, continues filming in the vicinity of Eastern Parkway and Washington Ave in Brooklyn through the rest of the week. (Thanks Anon!)

Los Angeles:
Dark Blue (a new TNT series) is filming at 590 S. Santa Fe Ave, Los Angeles.
Flashforward is filming at Union Station in Los Angeles again.
CSI: Miami is filming at E. Colorado Bl, Los Angeles.
UPDATE:
The Good Doctor, starring Orlando Bloom, is filming near W Jefferson Blvd and Alla Rd, Los Angeles. (FYI: signs posted in area that say TGD, but this might be a studio, not sure how much access there is to location).
New Orleans:
Earthbound, starring Kate Hudson, is filming at Ursulines Ave & N Lopez St, New Orleans.

GG is interiior & UB is also interior and only until 1pm.
According to someone on Twitter, the GG shoot will be a long one, with interior and late night outdoor filming as the ball will end.

I think Glee is filming at Juan Rodriguez Cabrillo High School in Long Beach. Got a DM they are shooting HS scenes on location and this is where they have shot in the past:

There was nothing going on at 77th between columbus and CPW when I walked by today, just a heads up. They may have been there earlier this morning. I walked by about an hour ago
Anyone at gg that can tell us who is/was there?
I left the set at around 5 o clock. Ed was there in the morning but left around 10:30 to 11.
Leighton was there, Blake, Matt (Rufus), Kelly Rutherford, Taylor, and Chace.

I didnt see any exterior when I left. They were still doing interiors.
Jessica and Penn were NOT there. Leighton was there all day and left the church at around 4:00 or so. Not sure on exact time, but the poor girl looked exhausted. I didnt get a photo but she did stop for one or two people.

I believe so. When I left at 5, Taylor was just going back to her trailer after rehearsal and I beleiv eI heard someone say Chace was sitll filming. I didnt see Blake leave.
