I heard Gossip Girl is in studio, can anyone confirm? I thought I got an email about a “casting call” for cars today so I’ve been thinking they would be on location but then I got an email tonight that said they were in studio. If anyone knows more, I’d appreciate it, thanks!

There are signs on Metropolitan Ave. in Queens, NY. Does anyone know what movie is filming there today?? Its from 6am-5pm. Thats all i had read.

Melissa, SVU doesn’t film on weekends. I think that they would only do that if they had to film at/around a building like the UN Building.

A note about the locations: most of them are “in the vicinity” of the location provided because they are either holding locations for extras, base camps or maybe signs are posted but the signs are only for parking not necessarily the exact location so you may to walk a little to actually find the movie.
Also, I’m adding some corrections to the post now. I don’t know why, but the tips don’t seem very accurate this week. Maybe they aren’t taking the permit signs down even though the filming schedules are changing? Maybe we’re being sabotaged? I don’t know, but I’m doing the best I can to sort through the mess, urgh!
If anyone wants to buy a website that makes no money and is a total headache, let me know!!

I don’t know if you are referring to the discrepancy about Sunday’s shooting schedule or not. On the sidebar, you have The Other Guys shooting at the same location as I reported for The Adjustment Bureau and someone else confirmed that today. Just to let you know, I walked up and thoroughly read quite a few of the signs all along 6th Ave, 55th St. and 56th St. They were for The Adjustment Bureau and shooting is from 5am to 11pm Sunday, 11/8/09.
Hey Annie- I wasn’t even thinking about Sunday and I’m certainly not blaming anyone, believe me, I have certainly flip-flopped my fair share of info, etc.
9 out of 10 tips I get are good and I appreciate everyone’s help but every once in a while I get an inaccurate tip and it just seems that’s happening a bit more than usual this week, that’s all I was saying.

30 Rock is now on it’s third set up for the day. Started at a jewelery store, then filmed with Matt Lauer at the Today Show. Now they are filming in the skating rink with Alec Baldwin and Julianne Moore. They have a few more set ups after lunch as well.
Oh, it figures. I went to the rink yesterday after I couldn’t find them at 56th and 6th. I guess this confirms the rumors that Julianne Moore would be playing Jack’s new girlfriend on the show.
OMG I work right by 30 rock.. .i need to see then. how long do you think they will be there for
FYI: It does happen on occasion that 2 films are shooting within blocks of each other and actual shoot locations may be blocks away from where you see signs posted since the city wants the film vehicles spread around so as to not hog all available parking spots. Every paper no parking sign will have either the film title listed or the name of the production company. No way that bogus signs are being put up, no way.

For all the Degrassi fans – I asked a PA (GOD they were much nicer than the ones on the set of Remember Me!) and they’re filming interior scenes at 3pm and then an “outdoor patio” shoot with the location unknown. Filming will end at 7pm.
Landon, Annie, Charlotte, and Paula are the only cast here.

I also met the cast of Degrassi today around 2:30-3ish in front of the entrance to the Viacom (MTV) building. when I had gotten there they were taking down the lights and the cast was doing interviews with CTV. All of them were super nice, after I met them they went inside for a Seventeen Magazine interview. Thank you OLV!
