**** Walked past here today… they have cones all down the street, including on top of the cars that are parked there… guessing they are part of the scene.

If it is Groton Pl. and Post Rd., you take the Long Island Expressway to Post Rd exit. The Meadowbrook Polo Club is at that intersection, off the expressway.
Someone twitter mentioned that Damages is filming at City Hall in NYC with Glenn Close and Rose Byrne today. Can someone confirm this?

I just got this notice.
The New York City Police Department has advised us that on Thursday, October 29th, and Friday, October 30th, between 7:00am and 7:00pm there will be low flying helicopters in and around Manhattan for the filming of a movie. The helicopters are expected in the following locations: Midtown, Central Park and the vicinities of the George Washington, Manhattan and Verrazano Bridges.
Yea I saw them around Lafayette street with a low flying plane also.. that was this morning, is it for The Other Guys?? Cuz they are filming down by my job on Canal

actually I can’t figure out where the set is since they are parked all around the family court house. Just went out for lunch to see if I see anything but I can’t find the set..One of my coworkers said they saw Samuel Jackson yesterday coming out of his trailer in front of Family Court… If anyone knows where the set is please reply>. I would like to check after work again
It is probably for “The Other Guys” which had done helicopter shots above the Chelsea Piers recently. Maybe this is for a long car chase scene…

No specifics on what movie/tv show it is though. I know that there’s a jackhammer in the scene as they keep periodically drilling lol
The craft services truck is right outside my shop but since its lunch time its really busy so I didn’t want to impose and ask – and besides I was a few minutes late to work =)
There are also signs on Prince Street on Broadway, Mercer, Greene, and Wooster Streets so I think it’s a pretty big production.
If you have a business afeected by the filming, then you have ever right to call the Mayor’s Film office and simply ask about the production. Ask if you are entitled to compensation for lost business. Seriously!!

The Next Three Days is filming at the old children’s hospital in Pittsburgh.
I was walking down the street this morning, passed the trailers (near the soldiers museum), and there are red “to set” signs on posts. If you follow them, you’ll eventually get to yellow “N3D” signs for crew parking.
Lothrop Hall in pittsburgh, just a little before that, there’s signs for valet parking on the right, go into that alleyway there (you can just walk through it) and up on your left, you can see red “to set” signs along with a yellow “N3D” sign. Though, I don’t know how far they’ll let you go up in there, I’m going to try to see if I can get close.
also, russell crowe rides his bike to the set every morning (I heard, but I don’t know if its true) The trailer for the director is next to the Soldiers and Sailors museum.

Sorry this is late..my phone wasn’t working and then I had to run to work..but I drove all around old westbury today and saw nothing except when I was driving down post road there was a sign that said “GG” and then arrow and I followed the arrow for like 15mins but it led to nothing…maybe they were done filming but not sure..hopefully they film there again tommrow and I will go earlier…

I HAVE to see them tomorrow, I assume they dont film on weekends and I fly home on Sunday night. So since they were in Long Island today, Brooklyn yesterday and I was too late day before, I am running out of chances big time.
well i only can go if they film on long island because i have work at 4 so i wont have enough time to go into nyc…yeah they dont film on weekends but we’ll see what tommrorow brings:)

Theres been filming going on today and yesterday in restaurants on 2nd ave near st marks and 7th st. Tonight when I was walking home they were setting up huge lights to light the street up. Ideas? I was thinking maybe a music video…or one of those ‘cloverfield’ films that is pretty undercover.

Also someone tweeted about gossip girl being filmed inside the “lit” not sure what that is but it’s on 2nd ave and 5th street..they saw film crew and the street was blocked off..they tweeted about 2hours ago so I don’t know if that’s for tonight or tommorow
Social Network is filming outside my house now at the Chevalier Theater (30 Forest St.) They even put fake snow down haha. Should be filming for awhile they already started shooting some school scene.
