UPDATE #2: Got another tip that they are filming July 15th at Riverside Dr. and W 72nd, NYC. (Thanks Livee!)
I saw both permit signs and both are for RM and both say 7/15, 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. Maybe they are doing a company move at some point but I am not sure which location they will be at first??
UPDATE #3: They will be filming at the downtown John and Water St location in the morning.

It said on other sites that the cast and crew are beginning to limit the amount of info about the movie (i.e. times,locations,etc.) now that rpattz is finishing up his scenes. This could perhaps explain the appearance/disappearance/lackthereof with regard to the signs.

I hope that all the confusion and lack of info today has nothing to do with some idiots on set earlier this week and last week talking to PA’s and bodyguards telling them where filming location information is being posted!!!! Please if you’re stupid enough to have to be told not to do this when they fish for info PLEASE DON’T EFFING TELL THEM! Let’s hope it’s not too late and that the limited info we have is due to isolated incidents.

They have people scouting out locations for filming months in advance. If they’re filming at a location they’re filming at a location. There are permits that need to be filed with the city and those take time, the city doesn’t approve location requests overnight. It’s not like they look for the best place to film & set up camp and change their mind if the fans have “caught on”. The PA using OLV for updates was most likely just looking to see what was being posted, not to aviod the fans, as there isn’t much they can do about them.
It wasn’t a PA who was using OLV but a paparazzo.
