How Do You Know?, starring Reese Witherspoon, is filming in Philadelphia for 5 weeks beginning July 7th. The bad news is most of the shoot will take place on a sound stage in West Philly. It also looks like Blue Valentine may have wrapped in PA according to the link.

This is their last week, filming will resume in January.

I would go at a later time. Probably about 11am. That is usually when the action starts.
Or maybe even 9am I am sure they are in their trailers for a while getting hair and make up done then they do rehearsals.

actors will not be on the set of Gossip Girl at 5am. 5am is when all the trucks begin to arrive to set up. your best bet is to get there around 10am. chace, taylor, and leighton are very generous to their fans. the others tend to be a lot busier during filming.

i know taylor, chace, ed, and leighton will be there. blake is scheduled to be in the same scene, but depending on how much gets to be filmed depends on whether she will be filming or not.
