We have confirmed from several sources that Remember Me is filming around Orchard Street and Broome St in Manhattan, signs show filming taking place between 6am – 7pm. (Thanks to ALL of our tipsters!!) Signs were also spotted at Orchard and Delancey & Orchard and Grand too. Here is one of the signs spotted on Orchard St:
We have also received 2 tips that signs for Remember Me were spotted around Washington Square Park and NYU near W. 4th and Greene St for Thursday, July 2nd, 6 am – 4 pm. My friends and I were eating in Central Park when they were filming. Granted, we only watched for about 15 minutes before we bounced but ALL the PAs were SO nice to us. Including “Taye Diggs.” I even told him he looked like Taye Diggs and he laughed and made a joke about how that’s his cousin.
We didn’t ask about Rob though, we mainly asked about their jobs. They were super nice! Obviously, I’ve had quite a different experience. We talked to a lighting guy too who told us about lighting.
i just want to say i love this site!!! i live about 3 hours away and was thinking about coming a couple of times and the this site helped me!
As for the fans..when ever you are on the top it comes with both good and bad..pep always want a piece of you and if summit is pissed about spending the extra money then they should not have cast him…and plus they will still be in the + with the budget once it comes out.

Hey there Christine. I just want to thank you for all the hard work you’ve been doing with keeping us all up-to-date on Remember Me filming locations. I think that getting to meet Rob was the best kind of payment.
Anyway, I live in Toronto, and I came down this week to try and catch Rob filming. However, plans went awry, and due to circumstances that were out of my control, I totally missed everything. Now, I’m in a situation where I’m seriously considering driving down to NYC again next week just so I can accomplish what I originally set out to do; see Rob in one of his elements. I admire him not only as a great actor, but a genuinely nice person. There are not a lot of people like him out there.
So if there is any way you can email me directly about next week’s schedule, you would be helping me out more than you know. I’d like to try and get a hotel room near to where he’s filming so that I’m not driving/cabbing all around NYC trying to see the filming. It would be so greatly appreciated. I want to know that too! I read on US weekly he’s staying at the Waldorf but I heard many people saying he’s staying at the Bowery. Does anybody know for sure? I know, I know, it’s stalkerish, but I just want to catch a glimpse of him and I just can’t bring myself to go to the set because I’m kind of “older” and I would stick out like a sore thumb.
These nyc hotels have really good security and entrances out of them the public can’t get to . . . Think about it . . . The papz are all over him so y no pics of him coming and going out of the hotel??
When he first arrived there were some pics of him entering a nyc hotel, but nobody identified it. So frustrating!
I asked one of the papz the other day why they don’t have any shots of him at his hotel. He told me where his is staying has 8 different entrances and that it is not worth it to them to hang out there. Too hard to get a picture of him.
that makes sense. some of these older hotels (or old places that have been turned into hotels) have all sorts of entrances and tunnels. i think the Waldorf even has it’s own subway platform?

Yeah, I don’t disagree with you. Going to his hotel would be an invasion of his privacy. However I would never, ever, approach him, or take his picture.

Martha, I wish I could! I’m with my family this weekend and my husband would understandably be pissed if I suddenly took off to go and meet someone he doesn’t know in a hotel lobby! I’m was planning to go shopping at Saks and drop by either Monday or Tuesday. If you go tomorrow please report back!

I would have but my camera on my phone wasn’t working right plus I didn’t think it would be right. I just saw him go inside with Emilie…nothing else. I called my friend to come down and to go inside with me..I didn’t want to go in there alone plus if we got up the nerve to go over to him we were going to ask him and Emilie for a picture, so I had my friend bring her camera…by the time she got there though, they were both gone. I have no idea if they had a drink in there or not but I guess they noticed I spotted them? No idea, but it was them, that’s for damn sure.

I guess we will find out which scene it is when permits are posted in certain locations. Hope its posted on here asap (like by tomorrow afternoon lol) which scene it is, so we know if rob is filming or not. I’m making plans with someone who can’t exactly go to the city at the drop of a dime. I need to have some sort of plan in place… I’ve also heard both rumors about him having a 3 day or a 4 day holiday.
I too cannot get down to NYC at the drop of a hat…so I can relate to this. I’m totally on edge right now wondering if I should even bother. I mean, they are starting filming in August for Eclipse. I’m seriously thinking of just planning a trip to Vancouver. I have always wanted to go there anyway…so I’d be killing two birds with one stone! lol

Just sent you the script. I live in jersey city NJ, I’m going back to NY as soon as I know what’s going on. I was there twice last week and saw him both days, the first day was better, got to see him more and it wasn’t as crowded.
Second time I went it was nuts and the weather sucked. I was there with my daughter and I decided to leave…I regret it because the once the weather improved he filmed scenes right in WSP and we missed it all. Oh well.

Does anyone know how long they’ll be filming RM? I’m going to be in NYC on the 18th & 19th of this month and my friend and I thought about going to see it filmed. I was just there w/ my husband and kids on Wed and am seriously bummed b/c we were right outside of Washington Sq Park but didn’t see anything. I think we were on the opposite side (we took the kids to Peanut Butter & Co). I didn’t realize they were filming right there until yesterday or I would’ve gone to take a peek!
RM will be filming until the end of July.
