We have confirmed from several sources that Remember Me is filming around Orchard Street and Broome St in Manhattan, signs show filming taking place between 6am – 7pm. (Thanks to ALL of our tipsters!!) Signs were also spotted at Orchard and Delancey & Orchard and Grand too. Here is one of the signs spotted on Orchard St:
We have also received 2 tips that signs for Remember Me were spotted around Washington Square Park and NYU near W. 4th and Greene St for Thursday, July 2nd, 6 am – 4 pm. how can you find out about the non-SAG extra roles? I read the listings but all of the sites cost money?
try http://www.craigslist.com, go to New York City, then type in “extras” and set the scroll down thing to “for gigs”. Ive seen non-sag for gossip girl, law and order, csi, etc. Then you can get student films, commercials, music videos, and some others. Hope that helps!

it’s interior scenes, inside an apartment building on Orchard between Broome and Grand, and on the roof of the same building. i’m not going to waste my time.
Wasn’t a waste of time…got to see him up close. Walked right by us on the way from the trailer to the set four times. Done filming by 1:30 or so.

That’s a good question but sometimes they do that – if they need to film apartment scenes it’s cheaper for them to just rent an actual apartment for the day than to create a whole fake apartment in a studio.

so i was at the site this morning till 8:55 and he decides to come out at 9:00 grrr missed him by 5 mins stupid work. Anywho there weren’t many people there maybe 10-15 so it was nice(thank god) There was 1 paparazzi and then 3 more showed up i swear they ruin everything. It looks like they are filming indoors but i don’t know where i couldn’t really tell. I read the script and there are a bunch of scenes inside tyler/aidan’s apartment & on a rooftop so that’s what i think they will be filming. Thats all i got don’t know what time there filming till b/c i was rushing and didn’t go looking for the Notice signs. i stayed until 5am last week wednesday into thursday over at mott street and wasn’t able to get a pic because there were too many other people there. it just sucks when you commit all this time and all i want is a pic with him too.
I was there on wednesday. I probably saw u there!!! We were waiting by emilies side until the short mean girl moved us. I felt bad for that one boy who wanted emilies autograph. The mean short girl told him that emilie is tired and wouldn’t be signing any autographs . . . Poor boy lol
Hahah the paps ruin everything?? It was one of us crazy fans who ran up and grabbed his head the first day that caused all the security to be hired. The paps know how to behave. Security even told me “It wasn’t the paps who we are worried about” So if you don’t get to see Rob because he is surrounded, you only have us fans to blame.
thats true im sorry that came out wrong before…i was there 2 mondays ago before the infamous attack and it was very calm no barricades and was fun
The papz are all in his face and block the fans from getting good shots sometimes. If there r tons of papz there will be no chance of him coming over to fans!!! The papz can get crazy too and sometimes the cops have to get involved. Day 1 they got into a fist fight right by rob
Actually, if you look at the paps you’ll see they all have long lenses, which means they can’t actually be “in his face” otherwise they won’t get a shot. The fans are the ones who want to be as close as possible to Rob – in the case of the first day, WAY too close.
Also, what you have to understand about the paps is that they aren’t on the set for fun – it is their job. It’s how they pay the rent and feed their families. Some of them get crazy, yeah, but most of them are normal people with families who have to earn a living like everyone else.
If a fan doesn’t get a photo of Rob, they’ll be disappointed. If a pap doesn’t get a photo of Rob, they can’t pay their bills.
Sigh . . . I don’t want to get into an argument but sometimes the papz r ok and sometimes they r not
I was there the 15th the day they first started shooting and the papz were the ones going after him in the morning, no fans were doing that in the morning
All the fans were on the corner and the one pap steve sands went across the street to get close to rob
The other papz got pissed and all went across the street at which point they were fighting and some ended up on the ground.
Sure papz get money for their pics and its their livlihood but they will do anything to get the pictures.
They knocked some girl down when rob first came out, just to run in front of him to get a good shot

I just walked by on my lunch break since it was down the street. I only saw trailers. Also – Step Up 3 is filming in the same locations so it’s alittle confusing.

I went yesterday to see them filming and I found them. I watched the whole scene- it was really really cool. Robert was there and I was glad I got to see it but irritated by the fact that he didn’t come over to take pictures with everyone. There was only about 50 people there and I asked the PA guy (who was very hot by the way) and he said his royal highness only deigns to talk to his fans when there are about 20, and it’s not fair to ask him to take so many pictures. To which I responded, “what’s not fair? the fact that he’s not exactly working so hard or that he makes more money in a week than most people see in a lifetime?” He would be nothing if he had no fans. I know he’ll never read this but someone should tell him that if he doesn’t stop acting like a celebrity asshole and start being nicer to his fans, his career is going to go down the toilet. I still think he’s incredibly sexy, though.
Jennie, I know how you feel its so disappointing to come and go away with no pic!! I haven’t gotten a pic and I’m bummed. It seems like you gotta get to the set early early! I don’t know how people are doing it! Don’t they work( ha ha) But I’m glad to see some people getting photos of the set. I like the seeing people watch the filming from the net!! Its so exciting!! I don’t or wont even get a chance to even see the filming!! Is this your first time at the set?? Take some photos of the crows and the film making!! I like seeing this type of photo instead of the Paps. Just remember have fun. Im waiting for another night shoot!! ( I hope they do another one)

He is far from celebrity asshole. You have to understand he doesn’t owe you ANYTHING! You decided to go to to his WORK place and watch him WORK. He didn’t ask you to come.

And who knows how much time they’ll lose if he’s talking to everyone and taking pictures every time…those people are working, they can’t lose time, especially for a small movie like this.

Its the name of the production company. They’ve been using it on the parking signs because it’s more discreet than writing “Remember Me”.

I can understand your frustration at not being able to get an autograph or a quick photo with him but has it ever crossed your mind that perhaps the film crew don’t like that sort of thing when they’re in the middle of WORKING!!!! I mean if he stopped for one then he’d be obliged to stop for others and aren’t they on a tight filming schedule? It’s such a shame that he gets this rubbish said about him. What about the other day – last Thursday morning? When he stopped to meet fans at 5.00AM and take pictures? He didn’t have to…and that PA doesn’t sound very professional at all. Perhaps you should go after him instead.

Jennie unless it was before or after their filming schedule, it’s VERY hard to get anything. I was lucky enough to get Emilie’s autograph yesterday right before she went to go film a scene and when I asked for a photo she even told me that they are on an EXTREMELY tight schedule and if she see’s me when she’s done THEN she’ll take the picture. If even Emilie doesn’t have the time to take a picture for only me (because I was the only one there) I can only imagine Rob having the time to do anything for more than 5 people.
