Remember Me, starring Robert Pattinson, is filming around White and W Broadway in NYC tonight (after 5 pm). (Thanks to Avel and our two anonymous tipsters for confirming!!) Update: Location may be at Broadway, not W Broadway, signs definitely spotted on White St. I have received reports of both. I updated map too to show both locations, they are very close to one another.
UPDATE: Remember Me is filming at the same location, Boradway and White St, NYC Tuesday, 6.23. It will be another night shoot. (Thanks to Anon for confirmation!)

What a girl…. Let’s be honest – this is getting pathetic. Has the guy (and I’m now using the term loosely) ever been on a film set before? He needs to act behind sheets, with six bodyguards walking him everywhere LITERALLY holding him by the hand, sometimes holding an umbrella over him, just so a crowd of teenage girls don’t get to take his photo or God forbid kiss him on the cheek? Seriously. The kid needs to grow a pair (or someone needs to give him a user’s guide on how to), come out to see the fans who – in this case it’s true – make him who he is (would anyone know who Robert Pattinson is if these exact same Twilight diehards didn’t go see the film 17 times and discuss every little detail?), and just give them 20 minutes a day for photos, autographs, and whatever else they want to civilly do. Seriously, it’s not that hard. If the Beatles could have fun with it, so can you. Just get two bodyguards, walk up to the barriers, and walk down the line with a smile on your face – no more of that pouty “my mommy beats me” bull^%$#&. You’ve got something good going, who knows how long it might last, have some fun with it.
PS: You Edward Cullen fans out there – is he still as sexy when he needs six burly bald men protecting him from you? *shakes in boots*

I sooo agree with you about the 20 minutes thing it will not kill him to do that!!! i know that he has gotten attacked by other girls but many of us that wait until midnight and 2,3 am are not going to do that. If he just tries again he will notice that we won’t attack him!!! RIGHT!!!!!!!!

I think its pretty lame that you’re cutting the guy down for trying to do his job. Yes the fans are great for every celebrity but the truth to the matter is he doesn’t owe any one of us anything! His craft (making films) is his gift to his fans! The poor guy has ten thousand cameras in his face at all times and still has a smile for everyone at the end of the day. To be honest if some crazy ass chics attacked me and were grabbing at me all the time (or trying to) I would have my “six burly bald men protecting me from you” too!! Now as for the 20 min a day to sign autographs and pictures. AGAIN he is WORKING!!! Do you work? Do you know what its like? And I’m sure when he has finished filming for the day, the last thing he wants is to stay and sign autographs. I’m sure he just wants to go home and relax or whatever. Anyway you sound a little bitter to me… have you been waiting long for a picture? Let me guess… you’re one of the middle aged crazy fans….. that’s why he doesn’t give you the 20 min you so desperately crave… sad and kinda scary!! get some meds!!
Well said Crazy Lady Hater, she’s either one of those people or parent to one of the psycho tween fans that didn’t get the attention her mother feels she deserved.. If you can get a pic from a respectable distance, hooray, if not, well that is too bad, but it is not his JOB to sign autographs and have his picture taken (which he has stated many times that he does not particularly care for…at all!). It’s his JOB to act. Why should he take time out from working to risk being strangled by a gaggle of freaks? Why shouldn’t he be able to just leave and have a life after work like everyone else. She because he is in a certain profession does not mean he owes you or any of us anything. Everyone should just be happy to get the chance to see him in person, watch and appreciate his work, and move on about the day…
Actually I’m one of the people working on the production so I know what I’m talking about – anyone who knows a film set knows that 90% of the day, especially for an actor, is spent WAITING. That’s why they have a camper, so they have a comfortable place to WAIT. They get 60 to 90 minutes to eat. As for going home at the end of the day, he’s going back to a hotel he can’t really leave because, hey!, you guys are outside again. So no rush there. You’re telling me 20 minutes to sign photos is going to kill him?
Besides, “work”? It’s not like he’s curing cancer here or, for that matter, starring in Sophie’s Choice. He’s in an independent film playing a moody teenager who thinks life sucks and makes out on a beach with a hot blonde – I’m pretty sure he can nail it without having to Marlon Brando it up 24/7.
Third point, this guy hasn’t become who he is because he’s spent 15 years on his craft. He made two blockbusters world-famous for being of dreadful quality that are only sustained by their fans (Al Pacino didn’t become Al Pacino because 2000 people dressed like Serpico showed up at every other midnight screening – although to get the joke, you might have to look up who Serpico is. Seriously. Go ahead.) To everyone else in the world he’s the “Twilight kid”. He wouldn’t even be cast in a film like REMEMBER ME if producers didn’t think the Twilight kid would get them some box-office. So, yes, actually, being nice to the diehard fans across the street is part of his job, because without them he’s quite literally without a job.
Angelina Jolie’s been filming here without all that security. Harrison Ford, as we all know, is filming here without all that security. The only one who needs full-time staff to change his diaper is this guy. Could it be because he’s the only one who has no clue what he’s doing? Because if he rightfully deserves all the security (ie, all the girls outside are freaks, bc that’s the only thing that would justify so much), then why are you guys still out there?
Actually – I think your full of crap. I don’t think you work on production – you just want to give us a reason to see your side of things – I don’t know. Maybe you want to get angry fans there to start a scene or leave more “your rude” notes on his car. You said the fans there are CRAZY – So lets talk about the bodyguards – You are talking about stars like Ford and Jolie – I don’t know how many bodyguards they have BUT I do know how many bodyguards Jennifer Aniston has while she is filming in Atlantic City (because I know one of them) and she is not being hounded like Rob either – Aniston has 6 – yes SIX bodyguards while filming. The media has its attention on the guy who sells magazine covers.
Lets talk about the possiblity of approaching the majority of the fans – if they scream every time he walks into view – there is no point for him to approach – so he can stand there and be screamed and grabbed? Now if the fans are calm like last night – well he did approach. But to approach the fans that you have called crazy – the ones that cry and scream well thats just crazy all it takes is one or two to cross the line and the rest will follow.
So Rob is more then welcome to wave from afar (which he has done) come close when its safe, and hide out in his hotel room from not just the crazy fans but also from the photographers that are in his face ALL the time.
Since your so close to Rob – why not let him know how you feel about his career and the way he is handling the fans….?

Perhaps his agents read your post because that it exactly what happened last night – he walked past the small crowd of fans with just two bodyguards (twice) and they gave us an opportunity to take a photo only two feet away. Thank you bodyguards…you were awesome last night…thank you agents…and most of all, thank you Rob.

You are all pathetic. Find something better to do with your time. Nothing will ever come of standing around a movie set and screaming every time you see him. He’s trying to work, and I can only imagine how frustrating it is when there are a bunch of crazy people standing nearby watching. Give him his space.
And on a side note- if you are over the age of 25 you should probably find something better to do with your time anyway.
I saw Rob last night and it was worth it. It was a very small crowd, no one got out control and his security guards were awesome. IT WAS THE PAPPARAZZI who were out of control and ruined it for all of us. They came out of nowhere!! Rob and his agents, I think, gave us an opportunity for a photo (thank you Rob) and it was great.
Also met great ladies from Florida (hi ladies)…it’s just fun, that’s all it is.
What time did that happen? By 1:30am my friend and I decided to go home! Truthfully I have really just had a lot of fun hanging out with all the fans and the PAs. Most of the PAs have been pretty nice and it’s been great just being outside and doing something different. I’ve never seen a movie filmed before, so I just wish I could actually see more of that!

I have to say not all of us want to go to scream at him because he is a good looking guy. I actually didn’t even like Twilight the first time I saw it and when I saw it again I noticed how much passion his face was expressing and something just clicked. Then I was introduced to his music and I got the same feeling. He lets out so much passion. I would like to see him sing in person, but why not go and watch a movie production?
These people are more than pretty faces. Rob acts, sings, and plays two instriments that I know of. Who knows what else he could do? I brought my daughter to meet Jackson a couple weeks ago. He acts, sings, and plays at least 5 instraments. Considering at least a dozen people in my family plays an instrament or sings I feel in addition to the people in my family they are great rolemodels. With the discipline you need to just play one instrament it is amazing all they do.
Not to return the favor and insult people of a certain age, but that could be what the majority of the girls are doing, screaming, but as a woman older than 25 I have an interest in seing how a movie is made in person. I hope my daughter developes an interest from my interest. That is the same reason why I am 35 and found the courage to do a back flip on the diving board today after not doing one for about 20 years. For me these are all great experiences I could share with my daughter. I could show her passion for all things and hope I find what she is passionate about and help her develop it.
As for being older than 25 and finding something better to do what could be better than having someone open your eyes to something new and interesting and sharing it with someone else?

oh… and i want to leave a msg here for those teenagers that go see him on location… please… PLEASE do not scream and go crazy when you see him. it WONT make him want to look your way. it will def have the opposite reaction. its ok for all of us to go and see either how this movie is filmed and/or our favorite guy in the whole wide world (for the moment being, lol), but can you all please BE QUIET? follow the rules, and just have a good time? if anything… you can always make friends w the fans. we can all have fun so please pretty please, lets act like civilized human beings. im jus saying this cause yesterday i had 3 teens screeming and it was soo annoying i seriously wanted to SMACK the living out of them!

So true, so right. I had 2 girls behind me stating how he’s not all that, but almost knocked me over to get his picture and see him. They didn’t stop running their mouths once in 2 hrs. But, they weren’t that into him. Yeah, okay.

Hi Bitemypillow—-this is one of the FL ladies—we have had a blast finding our way around NY by finding the set each night. In 3 nights—we’ve seen Rob 3 times. Tonight he was doing the carnival scene—he seemed MUCH more relaxed—but YES focused. Thanks SO MUCH OLV for posting the filming locations—-we are thoroughly enjoying our vacation “with” Rob and hope to for a few more nights. We are a couple of tired teachers from Florida—and this has been just what the doctor ordered. And BTW—almost everyone we have met in NY has been wonderfully helpful and kind! Well—-except for the two old guys on the Subway—-but everyone else has been GREAT!!

I’m a big lover of NY! I try to visit twice a year. This year I will be there on Friday July 24th for the day. As many of you, I also would loooove to see Rob.And just see a movie set. Can anyone tell me if they will be filming on July 24? Where? And how long are they filming this movie? One website said they are filming till mid August. This website has given me the most info. It’s very informational. If anyone could answer I’d appreciate it! Thanx a bunch

I wouldn’t bet on seeing Rob on set on the 24th – he is still confirmed for Comic Con on the 23rd in San Diego. So if he does go – I would be willing to bet he got a 4 day weekend – if he isn’t done filming by then. They have 35 shooting days (counting weekdays only since june 15ith) So that leaves July 30th as the last day (they filmed one saturday so far) So I wouldn’t be suprised if by The 22nd Rob is wrapped. I mean he has had 1 day off since the shoot began – and there are scences that don’t inculde him. This is just my speculation. But 35 days have been said by a few people
