Sorcerers Apprentice will be filming around Madison Ave and 33rd St both Thursday and Friday. Signs went up last night.
Just be careful if they are filming car chase scenes. Last night and the night before they were filming chase scenes, lost control of each car and people got hurt.
Also, tomorrow (Friday) is the last day that SVU will be shooting for the season. I spoke to Neal Baer and he confirmed that Friday is the wrap.
Shauna do you know where the wrap party will be? Were you able to confirm it V? You said you think you know where they will have it, where do you think they will have it? I have a friend coming to visit and she’s a huge SVU fan, maybe we can at least see them even if we don’t get to meet them. When do you think it will be? Thanks Shauna, thanks V.
Anyone have any updates for the SVU wrap party?
SVU cast is currently wrapping up the last episode for this season on stage in New Jersey. The wrap party is scheduled for today in Manhattan’s west side, however don’t expect a big turn out. At 5pm, they just started filming the scenes that were scheduled to film today. Appears that SVU will not wrap filming for today until late. And yes, Chris and Mariska are currently filming. If the rest of the day goes as it appears to be going as of now, I doubt anyone will be attending the wrap party.
Where in Manhattan’s west side, you forgot to give us the address, is that where Carolines is? They have had various events at Carolines before and I was wondering if that was where V was thinking it would be held.
Don’t know where V was thinking it was going to be at, but I know its on the west side. And no, it is not Carolines, but I don’t remember the name of the venue…Sorry.

I didn’t see ICE T or Coco there, but I did get there a little late. As for the cast, I did see Mariska, Chris, and Tamara Tunie, there. The party was on the west side on 46th right near the west side highway. It was absolutely beautiful but the venue seemed a little small. The DJ was amazing. Everyone was out on the dance floor having a great time.

lol… I guess. Like I said earlier though, I doubt that there will be a big turnout. It’s close to 7 now and they’re still filming. I know it sucks, but seeing that today is the last day for filming, they have to make sure they get the season finale completed.

I think castle is done, they filmed the first season in LA.
Yeah. It’s probably done. If it gets picked up, it will most likely resume filming in July. That’s when most dramas who have a traditional schedule go back to work.

According to its wiki page, Iron Man 2 is primarily filming at Raleigh Studios in Manhattan Studios. The page also says that when it began principle photography on April 9th, it filmed scenes at the Pasadena Masonic Temple. Apparently they used the fake name of Rasputin.
I sent a picture over to Robert Downey Jr. at the Raleigh Studios about 2 months ago and received it back autographed a week ago.

mariska hargitay is also scheduled to be at the rays of hope gala on wednesday in DC. she is being honored. she was honored last year at the same gala, but did not attend. since they are honoring her again this year because she did not show last, hopefully she will attend.
Mariska was at the wrap party last night.
Filming wrapped around 7-7:30pm yesterday. She absolutely was at the wrap party last night. She looked refreshed and radiant (definite improvement from last week when she wasn’t feeling well and went home early from filming.) She was out on the dance floor and she left the party about 11 (didn’t see her after this time). Her and her family flew out this morning to DC and she should be there for about a week.
You sound soooo familiar Anon! You know how when you are face to face with someone and they are saying something and you can read their facial or body language? Well writing also has it’s own ‘tone’. A person has a certain ‘language’ when they write too, a ‘tone’ that is uniquely theirs

The Untitled Nancy Meyers Project looks like its back in Brooklyn at the studios in Greenpoint Mon-Fri. this week (5/11-5/15)
I only saw 3 trailers (those were the same location as last time of Alec, Steve and Merryl….did not see the trailer for John)

It is on Greenpoint Ave between Russell Street and North Henry Street. When you see the 3 trailers parked in front (actually on Greenpoint Ave), there is a door immediately to the right of the trailers. That is the door they will walk in and out of. If John’s trailer does show up, it will be parked on Greenpoint Ave behind the makeup trailer (thats where it was last time). He came out of a different entrance near the trailer and not the door.

Futher more , something called ‘Hair’ is filming (Monday 5/11) on 45th , between 9th and 8th avenues. I guess it’s something related to the Hair musical as it’s in the same street
