Southland is filming under the 6th St/Whittier Bridge and 590 S. Santa Fe Ave, Los Angeles (5 a.m.-2 p.m.).
Day One, a new NBC pilot, is filming at 1201 S Figueroa St, Los Angeles (through tomorrow).
The Closer is filming at 610 S Main St, Los Angeles.
SVU is filming in Coney Island. (Thanks to Samm and Natalie!) Update: They are filming near Surf Ave and West 12th St. (Thanks sam!)
Law and Order: CI is filming West 25th and 9th, NYC.
The Baster is filming at East 50th Street/51st Street from Park Ave to Madison Ave, NYC, all week. We also got a report they will be filming on Riverside all week too. (Thanks Meira) Update: They are filming around 92nd and Riverside, NYC. (Thanks Marielle!)
Signs spotted for something called Hungry Man around 9th Ave and 15th St, NYC.
Ugly Betty is filming around Church St between Warren St and Park Place, also on Murray St between Church St and West Broadway, NYC. Sgins also spotted for UB tomorrow (*might actually be April 30th, move cars April 29th) on 10th St between University and 5th Ave. (Thanks Yosef and Anon!)

I’ve gone to two SVU shoots before and met Mariska twice and the whole SVU cast once except I never got to meet Tamara Tunie and BD Wong.
You’re so lucky. When I went, Mariska didn’t acknowledge me or anyone else. Everytime I hear someone mention they’ve had a different experience, my heart breaks a little more. </3
Sorry to hear that because she’s normally not like that. She’s normally very friendly and accomodating. I have been told that they have cut back on her filming because of her health issues. I also know she has a huge benefit coming up for JHF. Don’t know if these are the reasons for your experiences.
Thanks for your understanding. You have no idea how disappointed I was. I actually regretted going, but with nearly everyone else mentioning different experiences, I long to try again.
Re: JHF — any chance that we’d see her entering/exiting the venue?
I hope that you get the chance to meet Mariska and see her the way I, and many others have. When I took my best friend onto the set, Mariska was on her way back in to start filming. My friend asked her for a picture and not only did she agree to that, but she also took my friend onto the set where they were filming. Hopefully they will renew their contracts and you will have more opportunities. It also helps if you are friendly to the crew. I have become friends with a couple of the people that work for the show, and I still keep in touch with them.
As for JHF benefit, it’s on May 5th at Terminal 5 on W 56th in NYC. You can try to catch glimpse of her, however I imagine she will be bombarded that night. You can actually attend the benefit but there is a $1000 a plate charge.
Thanks for the info. I think I’ll stay away that night, then. I hope one day it happens for me. Its amazing that everyone seems to have had such great experiences with her, but me.

How late do the stars stay at filming SVU?
Saw signs for Ugly Betty on 12th street between University and 5th Avenue. Not sure for what date as I couldn’t get a good look, but I’m pretty sure it’s this week at some point. Anyone who can go by there would be great as I’m in midtown and saw it yesterday while I was picking something up on that block.

Saw some signs for tomorrow and Thursday in Times Square 48th and broadway. There was no film name just 3 letters don’t remember them though. Definitely a film shoot though bc it said so on the permit

The only info I have been able to find for Leverage has actually come from the local paper- they seem to be reporting road closures etc. It has been difficult to find anything else, sorry we don’t have more!
So, is today the last day of on location filming for SVU? I have heard that they wrap on the 8th so do they film in studio from tomorrow until then?

You didn’t miss out on anything by not going to Coney Island. There were a lot of extras but you really didn’t see much of the cast. Chris Meloni was not there and Mariska wrapped up around 12:30pm and then was gone.
Thanks, that makes me feel better. You have no idea how pissed I was and on edge all day because I wanted to be there but couldn’t take off of work. Was Mariska in a good mood?

That’s wonderful that you have pics with them. However, they did leave early. I got to Coney Island around 12pm and Mariska and Chris were pretty much done. Chris and Mariska’s trailers were actually hauled off a little after 1pm and by about 130pm, Mariska was actually back in NYC. This was surprising because they are normally there all day. But I was informed that Mariska has cut back on her hours due to her recuperation from her partially collapsed lung.

Hey Christine can you find info on Step Up 3 in NYC. I heard they are starting to shoot this week. I read on some articles that the story takes place at NYU.
I know they’re doing something with Step Up 3 by Northern Blvd and 37th St in Long Island City. There’s a tiny sign, and I heard they were building sets, and possibly filming there. I haven’t seen any filming permit signs, but I’ll keep my eyes open and post here. Anyone have any more info?

I don’t know if they’re shooting there, or just building sets. I haven’t seen anything to indicate that they’re going to be filming, but i’ll try to find out.
Dumb me didn’t go today to see SVU, a few train stops away from me to -_- If they are filming close by i wanna go hopefully they have time I am not sure. Are they filming in Central Park tomorrow or still in C.I ? Also SVU films all different times usually they can have 6-12 hour work days so who knows..
