Sorry, that’s all I knew about tomorrow. However, their last on location shoot in NYC ): is going to be on Tuesday at Times Square and I’ll be there for sure!

Do you know what is meant by “inserts”?
Inserts are little things that you see in the show like Olivia picking up a phone, or Peter pushing a button on the elevator. This is what they were shooting at 51 and 3rd the other day, but with Anna there. So it’s POSSIBLE to see someone, but no guarantee I guess…

I could have met them on Wednesday when they were by the hospital, I was only a couple of blocks away but I was just so exhausted from work and classes all day that I just went home.

I met the whole SVU cast before except for B.D. Wong and Tamara Tunie. They are really lovely people! I hope you have a lot of fun! i know I did when i visited the SVU set 9/29/08 and 2/10/09.
The SVU set/cast is full of love, I must say, haven’t visiting it twice before and meeting Mariska Hargitay both times !!!! She is such a wonderful lady, a true sweetheart.
Have fun! My dear!!!! I hope you meet the cast the way I did. You may have to wait a while to get what you want. I had to wait about two hours to meet Mariska Hargitay first 9/29/08 and Mariska Hargitay again along with the entire cast 2/10/09.

Hi everyone, well, my dream sort of came true because I did get to see Mariska and Chris. I didn’t get to talk to them and they didn’t acknowledge those of us who were there, which was kind of disappointing, but I did get some great pics of them and observe them filming today. I also got to meet a fellow SVU fan who I met through OLV. I’m glad I got to see them. After I get my pics situated, I will send some to OLV so everyone can see, because knowing how much I longed to see them, I can only share with those of you who share the same feelings as I do.

I was just there at 1:30 and nothing was happening. We didn’t even see signs on the street for no parking.

SVU does not film on the weekends unless it is a special occasion which is very rare. But they are not filming tomorrow!
Right, for example if they can’t have the place closed down during the week. Like the UN building, they would have to film there on a weekend.
something, I don’t know what, is filming right now at 42nd and 5th, by the subway entrance. I saw them on my way to and from lunch at Chipotle. Didn’t have the nerve to ask what the film/show is.

Yes, it is filming late. There is no way to even see Aniston, fyi. Security is tight, they are filming interiors…nothing to see.
I’ve been to 10th street / 5th this morning and this afternoon…they were still not shooting Law and order
We left at 3 PM.
My kids are very disapointed they couldn’t see their heroes.
The parking restriction is untill 10 PM though.

I know someone said they stop filming may 8th. does anyone know when they start filming again? like how many months they have off? I’m hoping they film in the end of the summer. I would loveeeee to see it before I go off to college haha

it depends what the call sced. is like. normally they pick back up again, few shots in july, slight chance in August for a few shots, but full time in September. But since the finale is late this year, who knows.

i went to the svu set thanks to the tip from here and i met mariska and chris! it made my life..we didnt talk for more than 5 seconds cause they had to go but we did watch them film for a couple hours!! it was very exciting

yeaa definately but no one bothered them which was good
yeah stephanie was there, i saw her dressing room. she was there much later in the afternoon. they were doing 3 shoots downtown and then more shoots later in a different location of the city.
oh wow! i’m glad you had fun! i saw chris early in the morning, and then i saw chris and ice-t, and then i saw mariska and chris midday. talked to all of them and got pictures, even got an autograph! i’m glad you had a good time, we were probably right next to each other! today was such a big shoot, shooting until 11 pm.

Damn it, damn it! I was in the area today, for quite a while too and I didn’t check the locations before I left home. I was at 1 Police Plaza yesterday and today and saw the regular Law and Order filming there yesterday. Grrrrrr.

Most of the filming for ‘24′ will take place in LA. They will come to NYC to film exteriors throughout the season. They start filming in May.

i was supposed to be in nyc the end of march and begginning of april. so i was going to go and see gossip girl filming, bt there was a family emergency and i had to cancel. and i was devastated when i found out gossip girl wrapped for the season.

Hi Guys! I did get all of your tips and will get tomorrow’s locations up first thing in the morning -I’m just getting back/organized after our weekend in Boston (so I have some info on “the company” too).

Law & Order CI is also filming in the same area as SVU today, I seen the signs on Friday, from 7am to 1pm
I didn’t realize this was from the 17th. The CI shoot is on Canal St between Centre and near Lafayette
There are signs up for Sorcerer’s Apprentice on Bedford Ave and Union Street in Brooklyn, in affect for the entire week. There is a huge NYU Athletic Facility Building that takes up a whole square block, so I would think it’s likely that they are filming inside there, but not sure. I Did see some Genie lifts outside, so maybe they will be shooting outside. The location is a few blocks south of the Bedford Armory and just south of Eastern Parkway.
