It depends, I’ve had to take on more freelance work as OLV doesn’t exactly pay the bills so I’m just trying to squeeze in things where I can, we’ll see what happens…

Yep, Law & Order: SUV will be filming @ Baruch College tomorrow. I saw a bunch of signs posted when I was leaving school.
Btw, Eric, SVU will be filming from 8AM-10PM according to the signs I saw. Unless you attend Baruch College, you will not be able to go inside to watch them film. The only way could catch a peek at the actors will be waiting outside of the school.

oh ya ? i actually saw edie falco once going into set in midtown a few months ago, ironically not cuz of the site, i was walking home and saw signs so i decided to check it out and i turned the corner at the right time haha, she was super nice
i go to pace, downtown – our school was used as the medical center a few episodes ago – actually the first episode that alex cabot was back in haha .. it was pretty funny to see on tv
ive seen edie falco a few times too while she was filming, but never actually got to meet her.

I was there while they were shooting the episode when Alex Cabot returns back to the SVU, but I was actually at another location: 87th Street and West End Avenue and met the entire cast! I love this site! Thanks Christine so, so much!!!!! By the way, I met Mariska Hargitay twice!!!!
I wanna try and catch svu this week since I have break. Is it worth it going today, well to the school because its been awhile since i went. I really want to catch Mariska and Chris again in between takes.
when nurse jackie was filming, campus security went nuts keeping students on the opposite side of the building…
even though i’m a student at baruch i really doubt that ill see anything tomorrow.
our school rents itself out for 75,000 a day, according to our newspaper.

Howl was only supposed to be a 3 week shoot, so I think they’re done already, sorry.

And I appreciated the comment someone else left about how many people are out of work, I agree that there are probably a lot of people out there who would appreciate a paycheck (even a small paycheck) for standing around all day.

i saw a sign on 40th between 8th and 7th ave NYC nears Parsons for “Radical” or something, sorry i was in a rush to get to a meeting and now can’t remember the full name… the times were 5am to 10pm 4/7

Someone asked about Sorcerer’s Apprentice at Bedford Armory, Brooklyn yesterday, sorry i didn’t update in post- They are still there and I heard early on they would be doing the majority of filming there and should be there for awhile.

The loading dock on Union offers the best view of the shoot inside, which is a massive affair: at least a dozen trucks, trailers, etc. Big old cyclorama inside was visible from the street, and full-on carpentry, electrical, craft services around the perimeter of the building-should be there thru Sunday at least.

40th street between 7th and 8th. Something called Radical Media filming today 5am-10pm. Only saw trucks unloading. Looks Like a night shoot
There’s one on 36th or 37th street between 7th and 8th avenue in NYC. The slip is Pink. I didn’t get to see details cause it was on the other side of the street and they didn’t post any on my side.
The second is on 43th between 7th and 8th. This slip is yellow and could be the same thing but IDK. There are also a ton of cop cars like between 41st and 43rd street. Like, the whole sidewalk is filled with them. Maybe they are being used or just there for show. I don’t know

36th-37th was L&O. They had two sets in that area. That one was an inside shoot. I got there a minute or two after they went back in for lunch. One of the mains ate his lunch with the crew on the street, not in his trailer.
As for all of the cop cars on the sidewalks…they do a Terrorist Alert drill every day in Times Square and in the area (42nd over to 5th). Tons of police cars for it.
