Today, one of our readers, Peter, checked out the set of the Untitled Nancy Meyers Project at Broadway Stages in Brooklyn. The movie is a romantic comedy starring Meryl Streep, Alec Baldwin, Steve Martin, Lake Bell, and John Krasinski. Here’s what Peter had to say about the set and a few pics of the autographs he got from the cast. Thanks to Peter for sharing his experience with us and please let us know about any recent set experiences you’ve had at olv@onlocationvacations.com!

“Just got back from Greenpoint and met John Krasinski and Alec Baldwin. John is the most courteous actor I’ve ever had the fortune of meeting. Both of them signed my pictures. I was too nervous to ask for a picture with him. Alec Baldwin was a little loopy (maybe in character).

I got there at 3:20 and a woman with a headset asked me who I was there to see and I said John, to which she replied that he would be in there for a very long time (an hour and a half) and then I said possibly Alec and she was like “uhhh uhhhh yeaaa you probably wouldn’t want to do that.”

I saw Meryl Streep and Lake Bell walking too. Streep has a very nice smile and looks younger in person.

I was very polite not interrupting anything and courteous and around 6 a big security guy came over to me and asked why I was there and said that I was “making a presence”. What can ya do.

I think today is their last day of shooting. I noticed a suitcase with a luggage tag on it and overheard someone say LA.”
