Good news for fans of Dexter. In a recent interview, Michael C. Hall said that they will begin filming season four in L.A. this May!
Another TV show, HBO’s In Treatment, is threatening to leave NYC if the Movie/TV Tax Credit Fund is not replenished by Governor Paterson.
Boston native, Mark Wahlberg, may be heading back to his hometown for his next film. Wahlberg is rumored to be in negotiations to star in Prisoners, about a Boston father who takes matters into his own hands after his 6-year-old daughter and her best friend are kidnapped. Boston is, of course, hoping the movie will be filmed in the city where it is set.
The Crazies is filming near Macon, GA. Bill Murray was also recently spotted in Georgia where he is filming Get Low.
There will be a casting call this Saturday in Burton, Michigan for Minor League: A Football Story starring Pauly Shore.

You can meet your favorite soap stars tomorrow in NYC! Actors from “All My Children,” “One Life to Live” and “General Hospital” will sign autographs Tuesday to benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS on the set of “The View,” 320 W. 66th St., with signings 9-11 a.m. and 11 a.m.-1 p.m. (Doors open at 8 to get tickets for both times, with a minimum cash donation of $10 per series. Actor photos will be provided.) Info at broadwaycares .org.
If you’re not in New York, you can still get close to the stars of CBS’s soap opera “Guiding Light” when they film on location in Universal Studios, Orlando, FL from March 16 through March 21st. They are also doing a fan event on March 21st. You can find more info here.
