Here are the details:

(Yes, it is a warehouse- and looks like one!)
It is at the corner of W. 1st St and E St.
The entrance door faces W. 1st St and has a sign on it that says “300 W. 1st”.
*If you are at a door that does not have this sign, please find the correct one…
We only have access to that one door.
*Parking is open and free. There are a number of parking lots around this entrance and we ask that you please park legally in one of them. On-street parking may be limited to residents only.
To be eligible to work as an extra on this pilot, you must be able to show proof that you are legally able to work for any employer in the U.S.
What you should bring:
-Completed sizecard (DOWNLOAD from maracasting.com/abc.html)
-Headshot (or a recent photo, you MUST bring a photo)
-Resume
-Pen (Always, to casting calls and to the set, bring a pen)
With so many people showing up at the casting call, those who come with what is asked are already ahead of the game!
ARRIVING EARLY DOES *NOT* GIVE YOU ANY ADVANTAGE!
THIS ISN’T LIKE GETTING TICKETS TO A CONCERT,
EVERYONES PHOTO/SIZECARD/RESUME, ETC. WILL BE PUT IN THE SAME BOX!

See Kate Run (formerly I, Claudia) stars Amy Smart as a young prosecuting attorney who one day is going to be a serious contender for president of the U.S.

(Thanks for the anonymous tip!)

mccarthyThis may be the final nail in the coffin for Lipstick Jungle fans still holding out hope that the show would return this fall. It also means another NYC filmed series has bit the dust.

Andrew McCarthy, who starred in LJ, has been cast in the new Gossip Girl spin-off. Interesting casting choice since the show is set in the 1980s and of course McCarthy was a huge star in the ’80s, appearing in films like St. Elmo’s Fire and Pretty in Pink.

Looks like two of Lipstick’s other stars, Kim Raver and Lindsay Price have also recently been cast in new ABC pilots. But even with this casting news, NBC has been reluctant to officially announce the cancellation of LJ. Some speculate the show’s demise has less to do with ratings and more to do with Jay Leno who will be taking over the 10 p.m. slot on NBC Monday-Friday.
