i have been to one, but it was for angelinas movie teh changeling when her and brad first made their first “back in america” so to speak appearance after the twins haha so that doesnt really count cuz THAT was a mad house haha
i walked by once when there was anohter going on -forget what movie but they still had the fans across the street from the theatre and everyone did the press stuff inside a tent … hope that helps..

i just walked 59th-63rd on 5th and then on madison and saw nothing but a bunch of trucks and a bunch of signs saying no parking due to filming- perhaps they are filming in a store, central park, the plaza or some other building? does anyone know?
I was there yesterday, but it was a beautiful day so they were filming all day outside until like 430-5 ish… I wanted to go back today, but if its snowing they might not be filming now. Did you check all the locations?
They usually still film in the snow you just have to look around for them. They might be filming inside

Yes, I have heard that is totally fake and they reshoot the scenes like milion times but I don’t know where to catch them filming or if it’s currently filming…

I believe thats the company she is working for … i really doubt they will pass up the oppurtunity to film an episode surrounded around fashion week. go there like 2 hours before and stay til like 6. i am sure you will catch them filming around there. and who knows you may see people like l.c. or audrina, or lo too … they have all been to nyc fashion week.
For all the haters lol….. after last nights episode…. i still think it is appropriate to announce that Dan Humphrey is the Man! lol Get them hot teachers lol!

hey steven so for premieres at the zig…i’ve been there a few times…
my adivce-
-the MORE popular the movie is or more celebs in it, the crazier it’ll be…if its small then it really wont be so bad..
-if it starts at 6..i’d say be there by at least 4 or earlier and try to snag a spot in the front of the barricade..so that way you wont have to deal with pushing pple outta the way..
-if you get there pretty early…see if you could walk around and try and figure out where the paps are gonna be at or the entrance to the red carpet cuz usually thats where ALL the celebs get out and you’ll have more chances of them stopping and signing/taking pictures if your RIGHT there rather than further along the barricade
-it always helps to make nice with security people cuz even tho sometimes they can be mean..they might actually help you out with a few hints and stuff…
-also its always good to make nice with other pple that are there or around you cuz when the celebs come out, they probably wouldnt be snots or rude..trust me some people can get really nasty and pushy
-and lastly sometimes they like to give away standby tickets to see the movie so again if you get there early go to where the ticket line is and ask around and they might just give you a pair!

oh and for “the city”…yeah they film in gramercy…i’ve never actually seen them but i always recognize where they are because my job it right around there
whoa i just realized i wrote an essay…lol
lol…even if “the city” is fake, they don’t/won’t have a whole crew around filming them. Its probably just one or two people with a camera.
Kat, thanks for the info on movie premieres @ Ziegfeld Theatre! btw, I go to school (Baruch College) near Gramercy and I’ve never seen “The City” film..unless they do it pretty discreetly so that no one really notices..im always walking around Gramercy too haha
