I would rather people give voluntarily which is why we started the "campaign" for donations. We are hoping to raise enough to cover our expenses for this year which is where the figure on the chipped in meter came from. And then we'll take it from there next year. If we do end up having to charge, what you are suggesting is exactly what we will do- our regular tipsters, commenters, those who send pics, those who have made donations, they will get some kind of discount or not pay at all- since we depend on them and I think that sense of community is what makes the site.
