10.6.08 Filming Locations

CSI: Miami is filming at 1807 S Catalina Ave, Redondo Beach, California.

Transformers 2 is filming at the Tucson International Airport.

30 Rock is filming in/around Rockefeller Center in NYC.

Law and Order: CI is filming near 6th and Grand in NYC.

SVU is filming around Mulberry and Prince in NYC.

Kings is filming at the SoHo House.

Lipstick Jungle is filming near Wooster and Spring St in NYC.

Life on Mars is filming E 4th St. between Ave A and B in NYC. (Thanks Claudia!)

Gossip Girl is filming in Brooklyn (around Flushing Ave and Spencer St).

Update: CSI: NY was filming on the steps of the federal courthouse in Manhattan on Centre Street about an hour ago. (Thanks Yosef) Also, Gadis (a new TV show) has trucks outside of 40th Street between 5th and 6th Avenue in NYC. (Thanks to Danielle!)

    are you sure that gg is filming on spencer and flushing? it doesn’t look like there is anything around there.

    caitlyn- that’s the only tip we got for GG, did you walk around a little, maybe the tipster had the right area, wrong corner? (I think they saw a sign somewhere) Sorry you didn’t see anything, I’ll let you guys know if I hear anything else.

    No other tips re: Dirty Sexy Money or UB

    I think 30 Rock usually films in the afternoon… they’re usually out there for a while though.

    I was walking by Rockefeller around 8:00am and there were already bright lights set up and 30 Rock chairs set up as well.

    Passed by the SVU sets today. The No Parking signs cover a huge area, running along Mulberry and Mott, south of Houston to Spring street. I think Mariska’s trailer (is it brown?) is parked on Mulberry. And one of the marked sets is a store front, I think it was also on Mulberry. I was there around 2:30 and it looked like they were only just starting to set up the equipment. Oh, and signs said they were filming 6am-midnight today and tomorrow.

    David are you sure the lights you saw weren’t the Today Show? 30 Rock doesn’t usually film that early I don’t think. And of course there are 30 Rock chairs set up… the building is called 30 Rock.

    SVU is currently filming (it’s 5:00). Ice-T and Christopher Meloni are on set (I suspect the big brown trailer is his…both he and MH each have one of those and I only saw one). Don’t know how long they’ll be filming on Mulberry (where they are now) between spring and prince, but there’s a second set on Mulberry between Prince and Houston and hearing some talk on the set it sounds like they’ll be here until very late filming on the second set. Don’t know if Ice-T and Meloni are in the second shot or someone else, though.

    The 30 Rock stuff I saw was for the show, 30 Rock. I was actually at the today show this morning so I know it wasn’t that lol. It was along 6th Avenue that they were filming.

    Yea stephen I got a pic wit her but I im not on my computer 2day… gossip girl doesn’t shoot on the weekends the best day would be to see them friday..tomorrow they’re at silvercup so ill doubt ull see them as much as if they were on location.. Hope I was a help to everybody’s questions

    Watched CSI Miami filming in Redondo Beach for over an hour (by the time I got there). David Caruso REALLY nice to people watching and I had a photo taken with him. Thanks so much for this alert.
