OMG! Did everyone see the stars of Sex and the City on Oprah today? It was so exciting to see pictures of all the fans at various filming locations last fall! Gee, wonder how everyone knew where they would be? 
Here is what they said about the fans and how they tried to explain why there were so many people coming out everyday. (Guess they don’t know about OLV!)
Kim Cattrall: “there were fans on both sides of the street, I felt like a Beetle, hundreds of people”
OPRAH: “But you guys used to film in New York City?”
SJP: “But so much has changed culturally since we went off the air, just in terms of the kind of scrutiny and attention that’s paid to things”
Cynthia Nixon: “and also the syndication”
Kim: “it’s gone global really… its like we haven’t been off the air…”
SJP: “…it’s a really nice time of year, there are a lot of people in New York…it’s beautiful”
Oprah: “So people came out everyday to watch you shoot?”
SJP: It was madness and it’s a complicated wonderful thing because it really does stop production, crowd control and logistically but you can’t really be anything other than thrilled that people still care”
Oprah: “I think’s that’s so exciting that all the fans were out there screaming, were they out there with their cameras?”
Kristin Davis: “There were people writing down the dialog….”
SJP: “Then we would go around saying this is some crazy dream sequence we are shooting today…”
