Baraboo, Wisconsin is in the running to be the location of the next Michael Mann movie, Public Enemies. The film, starring Johnny Depp, will begin production next year.

Today will be our last update until 12/26/07. We hope everyone has a Very Merry Christmas!

We also wanted to announce that we are extending our photo contest to February 1st! We have heard from a few of you who feel you are at a disadvantage since so many productions are not filming due to either the strike or the holidays. (It is rather hard to get photos of shoots that don’t exist!) We do sympathize and therefore we are extending our contest, good luck!

Our top 2007 travel inspiring film was Stardust, partially filmed in Norwich, England. It appears Norwich is getting more screen time this week, as My Talks With Dean Spanley wraps up filming in the quaint countryside town.
