SATC Spoiler Alert!
Another loyal reader, Cindy, also saw some of the SATC filming in NYC last week. Here is her report:
“I was able to watch Sex and the City film on Friday.
It was cool. I watched Carrie yell at Big and say
something like “I knew you would leave” and he gets
out of the car as she is walking away in her wedding
dress with Charlotte and Miranda. He yells her name
and Charlotte yells back with her hand out “NO!” and
he gets back in his car to take off.”

UPDATE: We have received more information about the SATC scene that filmed on Friday:
“She also said something like “This is so humiliating”
before she walked away with the girls. She was
holding her head down and crying and they walked away
slow. Samantha was not in this scene. Keep in mind,
there are rumors that this is a dream sequence. You
know Carrie was always wondering if she is the
marrying type. Could be that Mr. Big proposed and she
is having nightmares.”

Filming today:
Gossip Girl is in Manhattan at 2 locations on Madison Ave, first at North General Hospital, the second is near St. James Church.
Sex and the City is in Brooklyn, at the King’s County (civil) Court. They will also be filming near St. Ann and the Holy Trinity.
The Six Wives of Henry Lefay is filming near St. John’s in New Milford, CT.
UPDATE: We have also learned Fighting will be filming in NYC at W. 55th and 7th today.

Speaking of weddings, Nia Vardalos of My Big Fat Greek Wedding fame is filming another romantic comedy at the Acropolis this week.
The Eddie Murphy film Nowhereland has wrapped shooting in Denver.
The TV series Saving Grace may be filming in Oklahoma City. Producers and location scouts were in the city last week for a tour of possible locations.
An independent horror film is on location now in New Haven, CT. This might make a great addition to our Scary Excursion.
Yesterday, The New York Times published this tour of Gone Baby Gone locations with the film’s director, Ben Affleck. Here is the accompanying article.
