 Bachelor Number Two Begins Filming in Boston, Extras Needed

We have heard that Bachelor Number 2 will be filming on Tremont this week. There have been several sightings of Kate Hudson in town with her son Ryder, her new boyfriend, and even her ex-husband.There is a casting call for extras for this film tomorrow, here are the details from Boston Casting:

Bachelor 2 is shooting a couple of restaurant scenes tomorrow 8/21/07. If you are available for a 12 hour day, please email headshot and resume to: bachelor2@bostoncasting.com ASAP. if chosen someone will get back to you with more details. Please put avail 8/21 in the subject !!!!

Boston Casting is also looking for extras for Pink Panther Deux. See below for more info.

Boston Casting is holding an Open Call on Sat. 8/25/07 for the film PINK PANTHER DEUX with Steve Martin. Open Call will be from 10-4pm @

Please bring a headshot and resume. We will also need pictures of the following : european cars (Such as Puegots, Audis, Mini Coopers, BMW, etc.) and small (well behaved ) dogs. Boston Extras to look European. Please come to the Open call dressed as if you are european. Another words dress as if you were going out to lunch on Newbury st. no jeans, no sneakers, women in hats & dresses, men in jackets, etc……………….

 NYC Sitcom Tour

The NY Times has put together a cool walking tour of apartment buildings used in famous sitcoms. Check it out here in its entirety, here are some of the highlights:

“Diff’rent Strokes” building: 900 Park Avenue at 79th Street. No. 6 train to 77th.

“The Jeffersons” building: 185 East 85th at Third Avenue. Nos. 4, 5, 6 trains to 86th Street.

“The Odd Couple” building: 1049 Park Avenue, between 86th and 87th Streets. Nos. 4, 5, 6 trains to 86th Street.

Bunker residence (“All in the Family”): 89-70 Cooper Avenue, between Metropolitan Avenue and Woodhaven Boulevard, Glendale, Queens. The Happening Continues Filming

Extras Injured in Germany

Eleven extras on the set of Tom Cruise’s new film were injured today during shooting in Germany.
